The invention relates to a food rolling method and a food rolling device, belongs to the technical field of food processing, and particularly relates to processing of food such as hawthorn rolls and haw sheets.

Background

At present, hawthorn foods mainly exist in the market in the forms of hawthorn slices, hawthorn rolls, hawthorn sheets and the like. Although the current social mechanization process is accelerated, in the food processing industry, the final coiling mode of the hawthorn roll and the haw sheet is mainly manually finished by workers, the manual rolling efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, and the sanitary condition is poor. Even if a mechanical device capable of coiling exists, the structure is complex, the using effect is not good, and the defective rate is high.

Disclosure of Invention

According to the defects in the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the food rolling method and the food rolling device are provided, so that the rolling of the hawthorn roll, the hawthorn roll and the like is carried out in a mechanized mode, the equipment structure is optimized, and the rolling process is more reasonable.

The food rolling method includes the steps that firstly, the auxiliary rolling device acts to pre-fold the front end of the sheet food to form a rolling core, then the sheet food is placed between the upper working surface and the lower working surface of the rolling device, and the sheet food is rolled under the action of the upper working surface and the lower working surface which move oppositely.

Only the upper working surface and the lower working surface can generate relative motion to finish the rolling forming.

During the coiling process, the upper working surface and the lower working surface of the coiling device can be always parallel to each other, and the distance between the upper working surface and the lower working surface is increased along with the change of the diameter of the coiled food.

Or, in the coiling process, the distance between the upper working surface and the lower working surface of the coiling device and the included angle can be changed.

Specifically, when the food is initially rolled and formed, the upper working surface of the rolling device is inclined and faces the preformed roll core (as shown in fig. 3 and 4), so that the upper working surface is more favorable for contacting with the food; during the rolling forming process, the upper working surface swings to adjust the angle to adapt to the rolling of the rolled food, and the upper working surface is always in contact with the rolled food in the process until the sheet-shaped food is completely rolled into a roll (as shown in figures 5 and 6). Under normal conditions, in the early stage of the roll forming, the included angle formed by the upper working surface and the lower working surface is large in the front and small in the back, in the middle stage of the roll forming, the upper working surface and the lower working surface are parallel, and in the later stage of the roll forming, the included angle formed by the upper working surface and the lower working surface is small in the front and large in the back (as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6 respectively).

The food rolling device comprises an auxiliary rolling device and a rolling device, wherein the auxiliary rolling device can be used for folding the front end of the flaky food to form a rolling core; the coiling device comprises an upper working surface and a lower working surface, the upper working surface and the lower working surface can move in opposite directions, the distance between the upper working surface and the lower working surface can be changed, and the upper working surface and the lower working surface are contacted with the sheet food with the coil core during coiling to knead the sheet food into a coil shape.

The upper working surface of the coiling device is a washboard which is arranged on the linear sliding table module and can move up and down and left and right.

During the moving process, the washboard can also swing under the action of the driving device.

The front end of the washboard can be an inclined surface (as shown in figure 8), which is more beneficial to the contact between the upper working surface and food.

The auxiliary rolling device can be that the auxiliary rolling working face is a plane, the auxiliary rolling working face and the lower working face form a foldable structure, and the sheet food is folded to form a rolling core between the auxiliary rolling working face and the lower working face (as shown in figure 2).

Preferably, a plurality of air holes are formed in the working surface of the auxiliary roll, and the air holes can blow air upwards. So that the sheet sticky food can smoothly pass through the auxiliary roll working face, and the sticky food is prevented from being adhered to the auxiliary roll working face.

The food rolling device also comprises a sensor for monitoring the position state of the flaky food, and the sensor is electrically connected with the auxiliary rolling device and the rolling device. When food passes through the sensor on the conveyor belt, the head of the food reaches the auxiliary rolling device, the auxiliary rolling device acts, and after the action is reset, the rolling action is carried out.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the automatic rolling machine has the advantages of reasonable structure and ingenious design, realizes the automation of deep processing of hawthorn products, can quickly complete the rolling and forming of hawthorn rolls and hawthorn sheets, improves the working efficiency, reduces the labor intensity and enables food to meet the requirements of safety and sanitation better.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples:

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the food rolling device of the present invention comprises an auxiliary rolling device 2 and a rolling device, wherein the auxiliary rolling device 2 can fold the front end of a sheet-shaped food 6 and roll up the front end to form a roll core; the coiling device comprises an upper working surface and a lower working surface, the upper working surface and the lower working surface can move in opposite directions, the distance between the upper working surface and the lower working surface can be changed, and the upper working surface and the lower working surface are contacted with the sheet food 6 with the coil core during coiling to knead the sheet food 6 into a coil shape.

In this embodiment, the upper and lower working surfaces of the rolling device are a washboard 1 and a conveyor belt 4, the washboard 1 is disposed on the linear sliding table module 3 and can move up and down and left and right, and the washboard 1 can also swing under the action of a driving device (such as a motor).

If the upper working surface and the lower working surface are parallel to each other all the time in the coiling process, the front end of the washboard 1 is provided with an inclined surface, which is more beneficial to the contact between the upper working surface and food.

The form of the auxiliary winding device 2 may be: the auxiliary roll working face is a plane, the auxiliary roll working face and the lower working face form a foldable structure, and the sheet-shaped food 6 is arranged between the auxiliary roll working face and the lower working face and is folded by the auxiliary roll working face to form a roll core (as shown in figure 2).
