As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in particular, in one embodiment, an automatic cover opening and closing device is composed of a cover opening and closing actuator assembly and a cover opening and closing actuator; the opening and closing cover assembly realizes the sealing of the top end of the barrel and prevents external water from entering the barrel under a high-water-pressure environment; the cover opening and closing actuating mechanism drives the top cover to rotate through the rotating motor to realize opening and closing of the opening and closing cover.

The opening and closing cover execution assembly comprises a top cover 5, a top cover connecting piece 8, a rotating motor 9, four rotating motor fixing bolts 10, a rotating motor supporting platform 11 and two fixing hoops 2, wherein the top cover 5 and the top connecting piece 8 are connected through two bolts, and the rotating motor 9 and a top cover fixing piece are fixed through bolts, so that the rotating motor 9 and the top cover are connected, and then the opening and closing cover movement is realized. The two fixing hoops 2 fix the motor supporting platform on the barrel, and the rotating motor 9 is connected with the motor bracket through four rotating motor fixing bolts 10, so that the relative stability of the rotating motor 9 is realized; the stroke of the rotating motor 9 is 90 degrees, the relay controls the switch of the rotating motor, when the rotating motor reaches the maximum stroke, the internal motor idles, the current is increased, the maximum working current of the automatic ship cover opening and closing controller is preset, when the current reaches a set value, the controller realizes power failure and positive and negative rotation of the current direction, and preparation is made for next work.

The cover opening and closing assembly comprises a first telescopic motor 12, a second telescopic motor 15, a third telescopic motor 16, a fourth telescopic motor 17, a fixed hoop 14, a telescopic motor base 13, a sealing flange 3 and an O-shaped ring 4, wherein the fixed hoop 14 tightly compresses the first telescopic motor 12 and the fixed hoop 14, the fixed hoop 14 tightly compresses the cylinder body, and the first telescopic motor is fixed relative to the cylinder body through the static friction effect; the fixing mode of the second telescopic motor 15 is the same as that of the first telescopic motor 12, and the third telescopic motor 16 and the fourth telescopic motor 17 are longer in body length, so that the two telescopic motor bases are respectively adopted for fixing, and the fixing principle is the same as that of the first telescopic motor 12. The telescopic motor also works through the automatic ship cover opening and closing controller: when the upper nut 6 of the telescopic motor touches the top cover 5 and is subjected to resistance, the working current of the telescopic motor is increased, and when the pressure transmitted to the top cover by the telescopic motor reaches the requirement, the parameters of the automatic ship cover opening and closing controller are preset to realize the outage of the telescopic motor and the forward and reverse rotation of the current; because the first and second telescopic motors and the third and fourth telescopic motors have different strokes, in order to ensure that the four telescopic motors apply force to the top cover at approximately the same time, the time points of starting the telescopic motion of the first and second telescopic motors in the cover closing process are about 10s later than the time points of starting the telescopic motion of the third and fourth telescopic motors. The positive and negative current limiting modules of the four telescopic motors work in parallel without influencing each other, so that the upper part of the top cover 5 is ensured to be uniformly pressed, and the nonstandard deformation of the top cover 5 is avoided as much as possible.

According to the automatic cover opening and closing method suitable for the waterproof pressure-resistant cabin, which is provided by the invention, an automatic cover opening and closing device suitable for the waterproof pressure-resistant cabin is adopted in the automatic cover opening and closing method suitable for the waterproof pressure-resistant cabin, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1: the top cover component 5 rotates in a vertical plane by drawing the top cover bracket through the rotating motor so as to realize opening and closing, and the top cover is extruded through the motor connected with the side surface of the barrel body component 1 so as to realize sealing between the top cover component 5 and the barrel body component 1; step 2: the rotating motor is connected with the top cover member 5 through the top cover connecting piece, the rotating motor is fixed at the upper end of the cylinder body through a bolt and a support, and the motor is used as a shaft to drive the connecting rod to rotate in a vertical plane when working, so that the top cover is driven to rotate, 90-degree rotation opening and closing of the top cover member 5 is realized, and no shielding is ensured above the cylinder body; and step 3: the telescopic motor part is connected with the side face of the barrel and matched with the fixed steel ring to fix the four motors on the side face of the barrel, the stroke of two telescopic motors far away from the rotating motor is larger, the stroke of two telescopic motors close to the rotating motor is shorter, so that enough space is reserved for the rotation opening and closing of the top cover when the telescopic motors are extended, and the top cover is pressed downwards by matching the O-shaped rubber ring flange when the telescopic motors are retracted, so that the sealing between the top cover component 5 and the port of the barrel part 1 is realized; and 4, step 4: according to the cooperation of the water depth sensor and the floating and diving device, sealing removal and uncovering operations are performed on the water surface; and 5: the hatch cover automatic opening and closing controller controls the motor to stop rotating after receiving a feedback signal that the current overflows after the motor compresses the hatch cover, and can guarantee that the motor cannot be burnt out due to long-time locked rotation while guaranteeing the water tightness requirement of the cabin after the hatch cover is compressed.

Specifically, in one embodiment, a flow of an automatic cover opening and closing method suitable for a waterproof pressure-resistant cabin is as follows: the rotating motor 9 drives the top cover 5 to a horizontal position, and the rotating motor stops working at the moment; then the third telescopic motor 16 and the fourth telescopic motor 17 are electrified to work, and the telescopic motors start to contract; according to a preset program, the four telescopic motors are approximately contacted with the top cover at the same time point, the nuts on the upper parts of the telescopic motors apply pressure to the top cover, the telescopic motors are blocked, the working current is increased, the positive and negative current limiting control module is powered off, and the current direction is reversed; the top cover 5 applies pressure to the O-shaped rubber ring 4, the O-shaped rubber ring deforms under stress to be in close contact with the top cover 5 and the sealing flange 3, the sealing effect is achieved, and the cover closing action is completed. First, second, third, fourth telescopic motor circular telegram, the motor extension rises, waits third, fourth telescopic motor all to rise to the top after, and the circular telegram of rotating electrical machines 12 drives top cap 5 rotatory to vertical position, and the action of uncapping is accomplished.

The invention provides an automatic cover opening and closing device for realizing the function of launching internal components in the sky for an underwater vehicle, the underwater vehicle is waterproof and sealed when submerging, and a hatch cover can be completely opened when on the water surface, so that the three-dimensional continuous observation and reconnaissance in the sea and the sky can be realized. The cover opening and closing device adopts two groups of motors to meet the cover opening requirement and the water tightness requirement, does not need complicated electromechanical control and mechanical structures, and has low cost. The motors used by the cover opening and closing device are provided with overcurrent protection and automatic positive and negative current regulation modules, so that the water tightness requirement of the cabin body after the cabin cover is tightly pressed can be guaranteed, and the motors cannot be burnt out due to long-time rotation blockage.

The invention discloses an automatic cover opening and closing device of a waterproof pressure-resistant cabin, which realizes waterproof sealing when the pressure-resistant cabin submerges and can completely open a cabin cover when the pressure-resistant cabin is on the water surface. The cover opening and closing actuator drives a bracket connected with the top cover through a motor to realize the rotary opening and closing of the top cover at an angle of 90 degrees in a vertical plane; the cover opening and closing assembly compresses the top cover by using the motor connected with the cylinder support, so that the sealing between the top cover and the cylinder is realized. The invention adopts a mode of driving the opening and closing cover by two groups of motors, ensures that the waterproof pressure-resistant cabin meets the underwater sealing condition, can emit and carry a small-sized detection device to the air on the water surface, and can realize the three-dimensional continuous observation and reconnaissance in the sea and the air.
