Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of special feed for bullfrogs, in particular to fermented feed capable of promoting growth and development of bullfrogs and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Bullfrog is the most famous edible frog in the world, and is named because its male ringing sound is like a cow. The bullfrog meat is white and tender, and has delicious taste and rich nutrition. Compared with chicken, duck, pig, cattle, sheep, etc., it is a nutritious health food with high protein, low fat, low calorie, and low cholesterol. Meanwhile, the nutrient also contains various micronutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid and the like. According to modern traditional Chinese medicine, the bullfrog serving as a health food has the nourishing effects of tonifying yang, promoting diuresis, invigorating stomach, tonifying brain, tonifying deficiency, relieving cough and the like, can relieve hyperacidity, clear away heat and toxic materials, and has great effects on recovering physical fitness of people with physical weakness. The skin, skeleton and internal organs of bullfrog contain abundant collagen, and the bullfrog is a good food additive and dietary therapy tonic. In addition, from the culture perspective, the bullfrog culture technology has low requirement, the culture threshold is low, the feed coefficient of the bullfrog is low, the culture benefit is good, and the bullfrog is widely pursued by farmers. The existing bullfrog breeding industry develops rapidly, and breeding areas are mainly focused on Yuedong and Minnan.

However, the bullfrog breeding has some problems, and in the existing bullfrog breeding mode, the high-density breeding mode of deep water or semi-deep water is mainly used, so that the high-density breeding brings high income to farmers, and simultaneously brings the following problems:

1. the activity space of the bullfrog is compressed, and the growth speed of the bullfrog is reduced;

2. the high-density bred bullfrogs have poor living environment, low body resistance and low digestion level, are greedy to eat, and are infected by intestinal inflammation, so that other internal organs are affected to cause death;

3. the high-density culture causes the water quality to be poor, pathogens such as bacteria and the like are easy to breed, so that the bullfrogs are easy to catch diseases, and the dosage is very high.

The bullfrog feed appearing in the market at present mainly takes a bullfrog complete formula feed as a main material, and a functional feed is not reported. The common complete formula feed can meet the nutritional requirements of bullfrogs in all stages, but cannot solve the problems of low digestion level, slow growth speed and high dosage of the bullfrogs under high-density culture. This also restricts the further development of the bullfrog breeding industry.
