Background

A complex C-shaped section sheet metal part is arranged in a civil aircraft boarding door, the width of the cross section is generally not more than 20mm, the height is generally not more than 6.5mm, a web is a hyperboloid, the length is generally more than 500mm, and the longest length can reach 3000 mm.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a forming method and a forming device for a slender sheet metal part with a C-shaped section.

A forming method of a slender strip type sheet metal part with a C-shaped section is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A. pre-forming a U-shaped transition shape of a part;

The length direction considers whether the segmentation is carried out if the segmentation is too long according to the length of the part or the die.

Because the core block is slender and easy to machine and deform, each piece is easy to deform when being machined respectively, and therefore, the block dividing surfaces of the core block are made to be perpendicular to the bottom surface of the die, so that the three pieces can be separated by a linear cutting method after being integrally machined, and the deformation is reduced as much as possible.

When the U-shaped piece is used, the U-shaped piece which is pre-formed in the first process is placed in the shallow groove of the base, the first core block, the second core block and the third core block are respectively placed in the inner cavity of the U-shaped piece, and the U-shaped piece and the second core block are positioned on the base through mushroom pins. And after positioning is finished, clamping each core block by using the arch-shaped clamp, and knocking the preformed U-shaped piece to the sticking die by using the hammer to finish the final forming of the part. When the part is unloaded, the second core block is taken out firstly, then the first core block and the third core block are respectively taken out, and finally the part is taken out.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention reasonably adopts the middle transition shape of the flexible hydraulic forming part, thereby not only improving the forming efficiency and quality of the part, but also reducing the manual workload of the following steps.

2. The forming step of the invention adopts manual forming closed angle bending, the mold core adopts a block structure, and the block surface is reasonably designed, thereby not only solving the processing deformation problem of the slender core block, but also solving the problem of taking out the formed piece.
