The polishing treatment agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 85% ferric trichloride and 15% acidic compound solution.

The polishing treatment agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 95% ferric chloride and 5% acidic compound solution.

The acidic compound solution is selected from one of hydrochloric acid solution, sulfuric acid solution, nitric acid solution or oxalic acid solution.

The grinder is a vibration polisher with a vibration barrel, a vortex grinder, a groove type vibrator, a roller polisher, a magnetic polisher or a high-speed centrifuge.
