As shown in fig. 1, a construction method of SP colored drawing asphalt base surface includes a rammed plain soil layer 1, a cement sand gravel layer 2 arranged on the plain soil layer 1, and an asphalt layer 3 arranged on the cement sand gravel layer 2, wherein a colored drawing layer 8 is arranged on the asphalt layer 3, the colored drawing layer 8 includes a bottom layer 4, a reinforcing layer 5, a colored drawing coating layer 6 and a protective film layer 7 which are arranged on the asphalt layer 3 in sequence, the colored drawing layer 8 is a mixture of high molecular polymer paint and high-strength wear-resistant aggregate, the construction method of the colored drawing layer 8 includes,

firstly, drawing the color part pattern outlines of different areas on the road surface of an asphalt layer 3;

secondly, spraying a bottom layer 4 and a reinforcing layer 5 in the pattern contour by a handheld spray gun in sequence;

dipping the color paint on the reinforcing layer 5 manually by using a fine hairbrush to draw patterns;

step four, uniformly spraying a layer of colorful pavement protection film layer 7 on the drawn pattern by using a sprayer;

and step five, performing closed maintenance on the furnace door sprayed with the protective film layer 7, wherein the maintenance time is not less than 48 hours when the temperature is more than 30 ℃ in the maintenance period, and the maintenance time is not less than 96 hours when the temperature is less than 15 ℃.

The adopted high molecular polymer coating and the high-strength wear-resistant aggregate are used for carrying out color coating on the asphalt pavement, the color of the asphalt pavement can be added after the color coating, and the coating effect has the characteristics of high strength, high wear resistance, high ductility, high adhesion, high dirt resistance and the like. The application of the SP-tipped high polymer colored drawing technology enables the asphalt pavement to have rich shapes and pleasing colors, and has the characteristics of protecting the pavement and enabling the traditional asphalt pavement to be bright and beautiful. Meanwhile, the colored drawing road has good flatness, beautiful appearance and strong color contrast, and is suitable for tourist roads, green roads, bicycle tracks, large squares, playgrounds, parking lots, kindergartens and the like.

The colored drawing pavement has the outstanding advantages of attractive appearance, striking look and skid resistance, can meet the due pavement performance requirement of a common pavement as a pavement structure, and can be sprayed and colored drawn on various asphalt concrete pavements or cement concrete pavements, so that the pavement is bright in color and more convenient to shape.

The following work is required before spraying:

(1) and (4) checking the flatness, compactness and good drainage of the asphalt pavement and whether the problem of water accumulation exists in rainy days.

(2) For disease treatment, for example, dirt such as mud blocks and the like which cannot be removed by a dust blower on the road surface needs to be manually removed by a small tool shovel; when engine oil or other oil stains are encountered, the oil stains are firstly cleaned by a cleaning agent, then cleaned by clean water and finally dried.

(3) And dust blowing, namely blowing dust and small stones on the asphalt pavement out of the pavement by using the strong blowing force of a gasoline dust blower to keep the pavement clean.

The color blending of each coating is kept consistent during layer construction, and the local color difference of the same color is not allowed to occur, so that the overall effect is distorted; after the edge folding and painting, the edge folding line is straight and is not allowed to have a sawtooth shape; the paint is firmly adhered to the surface layer, and is not hollowly and crack-free on the surface; the grains on the surface of the coating are consistent; the surface is smooth, wear-resisting and skid-proof, and the design requirements are met.

If the coating hardness is not high, the coating is easy to wear, and many water-based coatings wear quickly under the soaking of moisture and rainwater, and have no flexible effect, if the coating is too hard and has no ductility, the coating can crack on the asphalt surface, and can damage the asphalt per se, if the anti-skid and friction increase is not considered, the pavement coating can form potential threats to pedestrians and vehicles, and meanwhile, common coatings often fade under the action of ultraviolet rays, so that the overall design effect and the use experience are influenced, the road surface inevitably contacts various vehicle leakage liquids, and if the coating does not have excellent chemical properties, the road surface can be corroded and damaged quickly. The SteetBond coating is not corroded by chemicals such as engine oil, gasoline, snow melting agent and the like, so that the bottom layer 4 asphalt is protected, the abrasion resistance and the impact resistance of the SteetBond coating are far higher than those of the original pavement, the SteetBond coating has ductility, is suitable for severe day-night temperature difference change, contains all water-based components, has no solvent damaging the environment, can be recycled by 100 percent along with the asphalt, and does not need to be thrown and washed completely, partially damaged and maintained locally on the whole pavement during maintenance. If the asphalt is kept at a normal temperature and a constant temperature, the asphalt has an extension force, so that the generation of pavement cracks is reduced, the ultraviolet resistance function is realized, the urban heat island effect is reduced, the pavement temperature is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

The further improvement is that the construction temperature of the colored drawing pavement is between 5 and 35 ℃, and the colored drawing pavement cannot be constructed in rainy and snowy days and when the pavement is wet.

And (3) performing on-site pavement treatment, cleaning, paying off and coating stirring, and performing operation construction by using a cold spray type spraying machine.
