1. The processing technology of the laser blade is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) establishing a model by using matlab software, and determining that the primary track of the blade consists of a straight line and a circular arc;

(2) cutting by using a laser cutting machine steel belt to form a blade prototype;

(3) grinding the upper and lower planes of the blade prototype for the first time by using a common grinding wheel surface grinding machine, wherein the machining allowance is 0.5mm, and forming a blank;

(4) carrying out vacuum quenching and tempering on the primary blank obtained in the step (3);

(6) performing edging operation on the primary blank by using a blade edging machine to obtain a primary product;

(7) grinding the upper and lower planes of the primary product again by using a diamond mirror surface grinding wheel surface grinding machine to obtain the required size of the product, wherein the feed size of the diamond grinding wheel is 0.02mm each time;

(8) flaw detection;

(9) finally, the surface of the blade is subjected to light wave heating at the temperature of 200 ℃ and 400 ℃, and then is cooled to eliminate thermal stress;

(10) and (6) packaging and warehousing.

The process for treating the laser blade according to claim 1, wherein the vacuum quenching of the step (4) is performed in a vacuum gas quenching furnace, and the processes of vacuum quenching and tempering are as follows: placing the primary blank in a vacuum gas quenching furnace for quenching at the temperature of 830-850 ℃, preserving heat for 1-2h, filling nitrogen into a hearth of the vacuum gas quenching furnace after the heat preservation is finished, wherein the nitrogen pressure is 0.35-0.4 MPa, and simultaneously opening a fan to cool the primary blank to 100 ℃; and then tempering the primary blank at high temperature for three times, wherein the high-temperature tempering process comprises the following steps: the temperature of the primary blank is raised from 100 ℃ to 500-550 ℃, the temperature is preserved for 3 hours, and then the primary blank is discharged from the furnace and is cooled to the normal temperature.

3. The process for treating a laser blade according to claim 1, wherein an emulsion is used as the cutting fluid in the grinding in the step (3) and the step (7).

The process for processing the laser blade according to claim 1, wherein the linear processing track in the step (1) is a whole straight line which can be described according to a starting point; firstly, determining a starting point and an end point of a processing track of the circular arc; and calculating the initial angle, the radius and the coordinates of the initial point, and determining the cutting length and the radian.

Background

The hedge trimmer is also called hedge shears, and is suitable for tea trimming, garden trimming, roadside hedge trimming and other special trimming in garden greening. When the laser blade on the hedge trimmer is used for processing and producing, the pre-hardened steel is directly used for laser cutting, so that the product is manufactured, partial deformation is inevitable due to the release of material stress, and the processing error of the product is large.

A processing technology of a laser blade comprises the following steps:

(1) establishing a model by using matlab software, and determining that the primary track of the blade consists of a straight line and a circular arc;

(2) cutting by using a laser cutting machine steel belt to form a blade prototype;

(3) grinding the upper and lower planes of the blade prototype for the first time by using a common grinding wheel surface grinding machine, wherein the machining allowance is 0.5mm, and forming a blank;

(4) carrying out vacuum quenching and tempering on the primary blank obtained in the step (3);

(6) performing edging operation on the primary blank by using a blade edging machine to obtain a primary product;

(7) grinding the upper and lower planes of the primary product again by using a diamond mirror surface grinding wheel surface grinding machine to obtain the required size of the product, wherein the feed size of the diamond grinding wheel is 0.02mm each time;

(8) flaw detection;

(9) finally, the surface of the blade is subjected to light wave heating at the temperature of 200 ℃ and 400 ℃, and then is cooled to eliminate thermal stress;

(10) and (6) packaging and warehousing.

Preferably, the vacuum quenching of the step (4) is performed in a vacuum gas quenching furnace, and the processes of vacuum quenching and tempering are as follows: placing the primary blank in a vacuum gas quenching furnace for quenching at the temperature of 830-850 ℃, preserving heat for 1-2h, filling nitrogen into a hearth of the vacuum gas quenching furnace after the heat preservation is finished, wherein the nitrogen pressure is 0.35-0.4 MPa, and simultaneously opening a fan to cool the primary blank to 100 ℃; and then tempering the primary blank at high temperature for three times, wherein the high-temperature tempering process comprises the following steps: the temperature of the primary blank is raised from 100 ℃ to 500-550 ℃, the temperature is preserved for 3 hours, and then the primary blank is discharged from the furnace and is cooled to the normal temperature.

Preferably, the step (3) and the step (7) use emulsion as cutting fluid during grinding and cutting.

Preferably, the linear processing track in the step (1) is based on a starting point, and a whole straight line can be described; firstly, determining a starting point and an end point of a processing track of the circular arc; and calculating the initial angle, the radius and the coordinates of the initial point, and determining the cutting length and the radian.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the blade material tissue processed by the process is better than that of pre-hardened steel, and the toughness is good; during quenching and cooling, all parts are uniformly cooled, so that the rigidity of the blade is increased, the quenching deformation of the blade is reduced, and the yield is improved; after the blade is optimized through vacuum quenching and tempering processes, deformation is reduced, the finished blade can be repeatedly polished for use, and the requirement of modern production can be met.

The invention discloses a processing technology of a laser blade, which comprises the following steps:

(1) establishing a model by using matlab software, determining that a primary track of the blade consists of a straight line and an arc, and describing the whole straight line according to a linear machining track as a starting point; firstly, determining a starting point and an end point of a processing track of the circular arc; calculating an initial angle, a radius and a coordinate of an initial point, and determining a cutting length and a radian;

(2) cutting by using a laser cutting machine steel belt to form a blade prototype;

(3) grinding the upper and lower planes of the blade prototype for the first time by using a common grinding wheel surface grinding machine, wherein the machining allowance is 0.5mm, forming a blank, and using emulsion as cutting fluid during grinding and cutting;

(4) and (4) carrying out vacuum quenching and tempering on the primary blank obtained in the step (3), wherein the vacuum quenching is carried out in a vacuum gas quenching furnace, and the processes of the vacuum quenching and tempering are as follows: placing the primary blank in a vacuum gas quenching furnace for quenching at the temperature of 830-850 ℃, preserving heat for 1-2h, filling nitrogen into a hearth of the vacuum gas quenching furnace after the heat preservation is finished, wherein the nitrogen pressure is 0.35-0.4 MPa, and simultaneously opening a fan to cool the primary blank to 100 ℃; and then tempering the primary blank at high temperature for three times, wherein the high-temperature tempering process comprises the following steps: heating the primary blank from 100 ℃ to 500-550 ℃, preserving heat for 3 hours, and then discharging the blank out of the furnace and cooling the blank to normal temperature;

(6) performing edging operation on the primary blank by using a blade edging machine to obtain a primary product;

(7) grinding the upper and lower planes of the primary product again by using a diamond mirror surface grinding wheel surface grinding machine to obtain the required size of the product, wherein the feed size of the diamond grinding wheel is 0.02mm each time, and emulsion is used as cutting fluid during grinding and cutting;

(8) flaw detection;

(9) finally, the surface of the blade is subjected to light wave heating at the temperature of 200 ℃ and 400 ℃, and then is cooled to eliminate thermal stress;

(10) and (6) packaging and warehousing.
