In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. As shown in fig. 1, the piston ring grabbing mechanism for a piston ring loading machine according to the present invention includes a connecting plate for being fixedly connected to the piston ring loading machine, a gripping mechanism for grabbing a piston ring is connected to a lower end surface of the connecting plate, and a circular through hole is formed at a middle position of the connecting plate, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting plate may preferably be a circular plate structure.

Referring to fig. 1, the gripping mechanism includes a plurality of claw members uniformly distributed around the circular through hole and connected to the bottom surface of the connecting plate, and preferably, 3 to 6 claw members are provided, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, 6 claw members are provided.

Referring to fig. 3, each of the jaw members includes a mounting bracket, the mounting bracket is disposed below the connecting plate, as shown in the figure, the mounting bracket is in an inverted L-shaped structure, wherein a vertical plate of the mounting bracket is close to the circular through hole, and a pull ring assembly and a supporting ring assembly are respectively connected to two sides of the vertical plate, wherein the pull ring assembly is fixedly connected to a side surface of the mounting bracket facing the circular through hole, and is configured to contact with the piston ring from top to bottom and simultaneously contact with an inner diameter surface of the piston ring; the supporting ring assembly is fixedly connected to the other side face of the mounting frame and used for being contacted with the piston ring from bottom to top and matched with the pull ring assembly to clamp the piston ring.

Referring to fig. 3, the pull ring assembly includes a pull ring cylinder which is fixedly connected to the vertical plate and is vertically disposed, the pull ring cylinder is a sliding table cylinder, a vertical moving plate is fixedly connected to an outer side of the sliding table of the pull ring cylinder, a lower pressing block is connected to a lower end of the vertical moving plate, a pull plate is fixedly connected to an outer side surface of the lower pressing block toward an inner side of the connecting plate, upper end surfaces of the pull plate and the lower pressing block are located on the same horizontal plane, and a length of the pull plate is greater than a length of the lower pressing block, so that the pull plate can be in contact with an inner diameter surface of the piston ring when the lower pressing block is in contact with the piston ring.

Referring to fig. 4, a stop screw facing the bottom surface of the sliding table plate of the pull ring cylinder is connected to the bottom surface of the fixed end of the pull ring cylinder, and the sliding table plate is in contact with the stop screw in the downward moving process, so that the downward moving position of the sliding table plate is limited by the stop screw.

Referring to fig. 3, the supporting ring assembly includes an upper supporting ring cylinder and a lower supporting ring cylinder which are fixedly connected to a vertical plate of the mounting frame and vertically arranged, the upper supporting ring cylinder and the lower supporting ring cylinder are sliding table cylinders, a connecting frame is fixedly connected to an outer side surface of a sliding table plate of the sliding table cylinder, the connecting frame is of an L-shaped structure, a vertical plate of the connecting frame is connected to the sliding table cylinder, a transverse supporting ring cylinder is fixedly connected to a lower portion of a transverse plate of the connecting frame, the transverse supporting ring cylinder is a sliding table cylinder, a telescopic direction of the transverse supporting ring cylinder faces a direction of the pull ring assembly, and a supporting block connecting frame is connected to a bottom surface of the sliding table plate of the transverse supporting ring cylinder;

referring to fig. 4, the supporting block connecting frame includes a transverse plate connected to the bottom surface of the sliding platen of the transverse supporting ring cylinder, a vertical plate connected to one end of the bottom end surface of the transverse plate, and a long rod connected to the bottom end surface of the vertical plate and extending toward the pull ring assembly, and an upper supporting block is connected to the end surface of the long rod, so that after the pull ring assembly is in contact with the piston ring, the transverse supporting ring cylinder is first started to drive the supporting block connecting frame to drive the upper supporting block to move below the piston ring, and after the upper supporting block moves below the piston ring, the upper supporting ring cylinder and the lower supporting ring cylinder are started to drive the supporting block connecting frame to drive the upper supporting block to move towards the piston ring and to drive the upper supporting block to contact with the piston ring, so that the piston ring is clamped by the lower pressing block and the upper.

Referring to fig. 4, for the further arrangement of the supporting ring assembly, a vertical plate is fixedly connected to the connecting frame, and a vertically arranged stroke positioning screw is arranged on the upper end surface of the vertical plate, so that the height of the upper supporting block when the upper supporting ring cylinder and the lower supporting ring cylinder retract is adjusted by adjusting the screwing depth of the stroke positioning screw, so as to ensure that the plurality of upper supporting blocks are located on the same plane.

A further technical scheme of the present invention is that the mounting bracket may be connected to the connecting plate through a telescopic assembly, please refer to fig. 3, wherein the telescopic assembly includes a telescopic cylinder fixedly connected to the connecting plate, the telescopic cylinder is a sliding table cylinder, a sliding table plate of the sliding table cylinder is in an L-shaped structure, the sliding table plate extends and retracts toward the circular through hole, a fixing bracket is fixedly connected to a side of the sliding table plate of the sliding table cylinder, and the mounting bracket is fixedly connected to a bottom surface of a sliding table plate bottom plate; the fixed frame is connected with a vertically arranged roller, namely the grabbing mechanism is provided with a plurality of rollers which are uniformly distributed through circular through holes, the telescopic cylinder is always in an inflation extending state, when the rollers are not stressed, the diameter of the circle formed by the plurality of rollers around the roller is required to be smaller than that of the circular through hole, a vertical push-pull shaft can be arranged above the circular through hole, the push-pull shaft moves downwards along the circular through hole and is in contact with the plurality of rollers, the telescopic cylinder connected with the fixed frame retracts after acting force is applied to the rollers, and then the mounting frame and the pull ring assembly move, so that the pull plate in the pull ring assembly applies acting force to the inner diameter of the piston ring, and the pull plates in the plurality of claw parts apply acting force to the inner diameter of the piston ring in different directions at the same time, so that the piston ring is expanded; after the ring is installed, the pushing and pulling shaft moves upwards and is separated from the contact with the roller, the stretching state of the telescopic cylinder enables the mounting frame and the pull ring assembly to return, and therefore the arrangement of the telescopic assembly can enable the plurality of claw parts to expand and contract uniformly.

For example, the stroke of the telescopic cylinder is 40mm, the diameter of the six claws is 30mm during contraction, and the diameter of the six claws is 110mm during expansion, so that the range of the ring diameter for realizing automatic grabbing is 35 mm-105 mm. The actual ring installing requirement is met to a greater extent.

The use process comprises the following steps:

when the piston rotates to a position for installing a lining ring or a doctor ring, a rotary electric cylinder arranged on a ring installing machine drives the piston ring grabbing mechanism to integrally move above the piston ring, and a ring pulling cylinder extends downwards to enable a lower pressing block and a pulling plate to descend to a position limited by a limiting screw; at the moment, a lifting electric cylinder on the ring loading machine drives the whole piston ring grabbing mechanism to descend, so that the lower pressing block is in contact with the piston ring, then a transverse ring supporting cylinder extends out, an upper supporting block is positioned right below the piston ring, and the upper and lower ring supporting cylinders retract, so that the upper supporting block is in contact with the piston ring, and the piston ring is supported; the cylinder which promotes the pulling shaft to descend on the ring loading machine is started, so that the pulling shaft moves downwards to apply acting force on the roller, the telescopic cylinder retracts, and uniform expansion of the plurality of claw parts is realized, so that the piston ring is expanded, and the piston ring is grabbed;

after ring taking is completed, a lifting electric cylinder on the ring loading machine enables the whole piston ring grabbing mechanism to ascend, the piston ring grabbing mechanism is enabled to integrally move to the upper portion of a ring loading station under the action of a rotating electric cylinder, the lifting electric cylinder enables the piston ring grabbing mechanism to descend, the clamped piston rings are located on the same plane of a piston clamping groove, a pull ring cylinder retracts, and the piston rings automatically retract and bounce into the clamping groove of the piston; at the moment, the upper and lower supporting ring cylinders extend out, the transverse supporting ring cylinder retracts, the lifting electric cylinder rises, the piston ring grabbing mechanism rises, ring installation is finished, and then the next cycle is carried out.
