Background

The paper cover production generally comprises the steps of cover plate shaping, paper ring and cover plate nesting, gluing or hot welding and the like, and the steps are generally operated on separate equipment, and then the semi-finished products are manually transferred among the equipment to finish the production of the paper cover. In order to produce the paper covers in a fully automatic manner, the transfer of the components and the semi-finished products on the machine is a critical step.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a paper cover conveying mechanism which automatically transfers parts and semi-finished products on equipment.

The full-automatic conveying device has the advantages that through the structure and the step flow, full-automatic conveying of the paper covers is completed, the paper covers can be conveniently machined by matching with equipment on each station, conveying of parts among equipment is avoided, and production efficiency is improved. The equipment is arranged around the main turntable, so that the occupied space of the equipment is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the paper cap conveying mechanism of the embodiment includes a frame 1, a paper ring feeding mechanism 3, a cover plate feeding mechanism 4, a discharging mechanism 8, a main motor 9, a main turntable 5 and at least five sub-turntables 6, wherein the frame 1 is provided with a mounting plate 11, the main turntable 5 is rotatably arranged on the mounting plate 11, the main motor 9 is fixed on the frame 1 and connected with the main turntable 5, the sub-turntables 6 are rotatably arranged on the main turntable 5, the frame 1 is provided with a paper ring feeding station, a cover plate feeding station, a gluing station, a blank pressing station and a discharging station, the sub-turntables 6 are uniformly arranged at the edge of the main turntable 5, the paper ring feeding station, the cover plate feeding station, the gluing station, the blank pressing station and the discharging station are circumferentially distributed on the frame 1 with the same interval as that of the sub-turntables 6, the paper ring feeding mechanism 3 is arranged on the paper ring feeding station, the cover plate feeding mechanism 4 is arranged on a cover plate feeding station, and the discharging mechanism 8 is arranged on a discharging station.

The arrangement of the respective devices around the main turntable 5 reduces the floor space of the devices.
