When the hydraulic system works, high-temperature oil in the hydraulic system flows through the hydraulic oil radiator, and high-efficiency heat exchange is carried out between the high-temperature oil and cold air which forcibly flows in the hydraulic oil radiator, so that the oil temperature is reduced to the working temperature to ensure that a main machine can continuously and normally run, and the work can be smoothly carried out.

The control method of the existing engineering machinery hydraulic oil radiator comprises the steps that firstly, a radiator control switch is used for controlling a relay to directly switch on or switch off a power supply of the hydraulic oil radiator, so that the starting and the stopping of the hydraulic oil radiator are controlled; the other method is to install a temperature switch at the hydraulic oil inlet of the hydraulic oil radiator and control the automatic start and stop of the hydraulic oil radiator according to the temperature of the hydraulic oil.

Referring to fig. 2, a method for controlling an electric hydraulic oil radiator of an engineering machine specifically includes the following steps:

(1) firstly, an engine ECU 3 acquires real-time rotating speed information of an engine through an engine camshaft rotating speed sensor 7 and then sends the information to a control unit 1 through a CAN bus 2;

(2) when the real-time rotating speed of the engine is not less than the minimum working rotating speed (500rpm) set by the engine and the duration time is not less than the set time (2s), then the control unit 1 acquires switching value information of the temperature switch 4 and the radiator control switch 5, when the temperature switch 4 and the radiator control switch 5 are both in a closed state, the control unit 1 controls the relay 6 to be closed, and at the moment, the driving motor 8 of the electric hydraulic oil radiator is powered on and started to carry out heat dissipation work;

(3) and when the real-time rotating speed of the engine is less than the set lowest working rotating speed (500rpm) of the engine, the control unit 1 controls the relay 6 to be switched off, and the electric hydraulic oil radiator stops radiating work.

(4) When the real-time rotating speed of the engine is not less than the minimum working rotating speed (500rpm) set by the engine and the duration time is not less than the set time (2s), then the control unit 1 acquires the switching value information of the temperature switch 4 and the radiator control switch 5, when any one of the temperature switch 4 and the radiator control switch 5 is in an off state, the control unit 1 controls the relay 6 to be switched off, and the electric hydraulic oil radiator stops the heat dissipation work.

(5) When the real-time rotating speed of the engine is not less than the minimum working rotating speed (500rpm) set by the engine and the duration time is not less than the set time (2s), then the control unit 1 acquires the switching value information of the temperature switch 4 and the radiator control switch 5, and when the temperature switch 4 and the radiator control switch 5 are both in the off state, the control unit 1 controls the relay 6 to be switched off, and the electric hydraulic oil radiator stops the heat dissipation work.
