1. A balanced suspension is characterized by comprising a frame main body, a plate spring component, a first axle, a second axle and a balanced axle seat, wherein the plate spring component is arranged on the balanced axle seat;

the balance suspension further comprises a lower thrust mechanism, the lower thrust mechanism comprises a first lower thrust rod and a second lower thrust rod, one end of the first lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the balance shaft seat, the other end of the first lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the first bridge, one end of the second lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the balance shaft seat, and the other end of the second lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the second bridge;

one end of the plate spring member is rotatably connected to the first bridge, and the other end of the plate spring member is rotatably connected to the second bridge.

2. The balanced suspension of claim 1, wherein the balance shaft seat comprises a balance shaft bracket coupled to the frame body and a balance shaft swivel mounted to the balance shaft bracket;

the plate spring member is attached to the balance shaft rotating base, and the first lower thrust rod and the second lower thrust rod are rotatably connected to the balance shaft bracket, respectively.

3. The counterbalanced suspension of claim 1, further comprising a pin assembly;

the pin shaft assembly comprises a rotating shaft and an installation assembly for fixing the rotating shaft, and the installation assembly is connected with the lower thrust mechanism;

The balanced suspension of claim 4, wherein the mounting cover and the mounting seat are correspondingly provided with connecting holes, and a threaded member is sequentially inserted through the connecting holes of the mounting cover and the mounting seat to connect the mounting cover and the mounting seat.

7. The balanced suspension of claim 4, wherein the mount is spaced from the lower thrust mechanism, and the first and second bridges are extendable between the mount and the lower thrust mechanism.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of vehicle components, in particular to a balanced suspension and a vehicle; further, relate to a balanced suspension and load-carrying vehicle.

Background

The light weight design of vehicles is a trend of carrying and transporting vehicles, each system of the vehicle is designed to be light weight as far as possible on the premise of not influencing the service performance, and the suspension system is always the key point of reducing the self weight of the vehicle. The existing balance suspension has the disadvantages of complex structure, more parts, heavier self weight and difficulty in realizing the aim of light weight.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the application is to provide a balance suspension and a vehicle, which can greatly reduce the weight and the cost of the balance suspension.

The application provides a balanced suspension, which comprises a frame main body, a plate spring component, a first axle, a second axle and a balanced axle seat, wherein the plate spring component is arranged on the balanced axle seat;

the balance suspension further comprises a lower thrust mechanism, the lower thrust mechanism comprises a first lower thrust rod and a second lower thrust rod, one end of the first lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the balance shaft seat, the other end of the first lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the first bridge, one end of the second lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the balance shaft seat, and the other end of the second lower thrust rod is rotatably connected with the second bridge;

one end of the plate spring member is rotatably connected to the first bridge, and the other end of the plate spring member is rotatably connected to the second bridge.

In the above technical solution, further, the balance shaft seat includes a balance shaft bracket connected to the frame body and a balance shaft rotating seat mounted on the balance shaft bracket;

the plate spring member is attached to the balance shaft rotating base, and the first lower thrust rod and the second lower thrust rod are rotatably connected to the balance shaft bracket, respectively.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this application is:

generally, the plate spring member is a plate spring, which is an elastic element most widely used in automobile suspensions and is an elastic beam with approximately equal strength formed by combining a plurality of alloy spring pieces. Specifically, in the load-carrying vehicle, the first axle is a middle axle, the second axle is a rear axle, the balance shaft rotating seat is located between the middle axle and the rear axle, and the middle portion of the leaf spring member is mounted to the balance shaft seat so that the leaf spring member can rotate.

The both ends of leaf spring component respectively with first axle, the second axle rotates to be connected, and leaf spring component self also has elasticity, when the vehicle was traveling on uneven road surface, the leaf spring component can change the form in order to adapt to the road surface situation, leaf spring component both ends pivoted connected mode, compare with rigid connection structure and have better regulatory function, above-mentioned structure can reduce the change that accords with perpendicularly on uneven road surface on adjacent two-wheeled, so that the wheel has good earthing nature, the both ends of leaf spring component are connected with first axle and second axle respectively, can prevent that the axle from taking place displacement from beginning to end simultaneously.

Generally, the lower thrust mechanism further comprises a first lower thrust rod support mounted on the first bridge and a second lower thrust rod support mounted on the second bridge, one end of the first lower thrust rod is rotatably connected to the first lower thrust rod support, one end of the second lower thrust rod is rotatably connected to the second lower thrust rod support, both ends of the first lower thrust rod and the second lower thrust rod of the lower thrust mechanism are rotatably connected, the middle part of the plate spring member can rotate, both ends of the plate spring member are rotatably connected, the first lower thrust rod support, the plate spring member and the balance shaft seat form a quadrilateral mechanism with a variable shape, the second lower thrust rod support, the plate spring member and the balance shaft seat also form a quadrilateral mechanism with a variable shape, and the quadrilateral mechanism guides and adjusts the motion of the first bridge and the second bridge, ensuring the correct posture of the first bridge and the second bridge in the process of jumping up and down.

The plate spring component replaces the function of an upper thrust rod in the prior art, and integrates the existing steel plate spring with the upper thrust rod, so that the upper thrust rod and an upper thrust rod support in the existing frame can be eliminated, and the weight is greatly reduced. Especially for the V-shaped upper thrust rod structure, two V-shaped upper thrust rods are omitted, two vehicle frame V-shaped upper thrust rod supports are omitted, one middle axle V-shaped thrust rod support is arranged, and one rear axle V-shaped thrust rod support is arranged, so that the weight and the cost of the suspension are greatly reduced.

The application provides a balanced suspension integrates the thrust rod on leaf spring component and axle, makes leaf spring possess the bearing function and leads the function, has reduced suspension weight and cost by a wide margin.
