The tractor gearbox has the functions of changing the total speed ratio of the transmission system, changing the speed and driving force of the tractor, realizing forward and reverse movement and the like, so that the tractor has good productivity, economy and working convenience, and meanwhile, the tractor gearbox can output power into other driving power through the transfer case device.
China is a big country for producing and using tractors, and tractors are kept in the top of the world. Based on a plurality of application fields such as current tractor transportation operation, field operation, the design research of tractor gearbox develops to the direction such as more gear transform, less volume, better transmission efficiency and better shift control. Its double-shaft gearbox is gaining favor because of small, high transmission efficiency and easily arrange more gears.
At present, a gear shifting mode of multi-section speed change combination of a main speed change section, an auxiliary speed change section and the like is commonly adopted in a double-shaft tractor gearbox, for example, the invention patent application with the application number of 201711154512.3 named as gears of 12+12 gears and harvesting machinery thereof discloses double-shaft gearboxes adopting the main speed change section, wherein the main speed change section is provided with a main speed change input shaft and a main speed change output shaft, the auxiliary speed change section is provided with an auxiliary speed change input shaft and an auxiliary speed change output shaft, four main gear pairs capable of respectively and independently transmitting are arranged between the main speed change input shaft and the main speed change output shaft, main and auxiliary connecting gear pairs capable of respectively and independently transmitting are arranged between the main speed change output shaft and the auxiliary speed change input shaft, two auxiliary gear pairs capable of respectively and independently transmitting are arranged between the auxiliary speed change output shaft and the auxiliary speed change output shaft, the auxiliary speed change section can respectively realize low-speed transmission and medium-speed transmission, and high-speed transmission change can be realized when the main speed output shaft and the auxiliary speed change output shaft are directly connected.
However, the above structure needs to arrange seven gear pairs to realize the twelve-gear speed change function, and the whole structure is complex, which not only has the disadvantage of large volume, but also has high cost and complex processing and assembling.
Disclosure of Invention
