Background

An elevator step is the basic structural component of an escalator. Elevator steps are typically cast using large molds.

In order to increase the drainage effect of many elevator steps, through holes need to be formed at the connection positions of step footplates, footplates and kickplates. However, none of the existing step molds can integrally form the through hole, the through hole needs to be secondarily machined by a punching tool, secondary punching may affect the structural strength of the original step, and production efficiency is reduced.

The invention relates to a step die for integrally forming through holes, which comprises a fixed die 1 and a movable die 2.

The first profile column 221 can be used for forming through holes at the bent parts of the step tread and the step plate, so that secondary through hole processing is avoided, and the production efficiency is improved.

Further, the plurality of the molding pillars 22 includes a plurality of second molding pillars 22 for forming through holes on the step tread, and the plurality of second molding pillars 222 are located at one side of the plurality of first molding pillars 221. The second type column 222 can be used for forming a through hole on the step tread, so that secondary through hole machining is avoided, and the production efficiency is improved.

The pushing cylinders 31 in the first side mold mechanism 301 and the two second side mold mechanisms 302 are both air cylinders.

Compared with the prior art, the stair die with the integrally formed through holes has the advantages that the through holes can be directly formed during step casting by arranging the plurality of vertical section columns in the auxiliary die cavity of the movable die, the through hole forming effect is good, secondary through hole processing after step forming is avoided, the structural strength of the steps is not influenced, and the production efficiency is improved.
