1. A vehicle door opening/closing device, comprising:
an electric drive component comprising a motor, a transmission assembly, and a clutch;
the hinge, the transmission assembly with the hinge is connected in order to drive the hinge open arbitrary angle, the clutch is connected between motor and the transmission assembly or is set up in the transmission assembly or sets up between hinge and the transmission assembly, when the clutch is in the disconnect-type state, the part that is used for with the electric drive part on the hinge is kept and is restricted at present position.
2. The door opening and closing device according to claim 1, wherein the hinge includes:
a first hinge adapted to connect with a vehicle body;
a second hinge adapted to connect with a vehicle door;
the pivot shaft is connected to the second hinge and is connected with a power output part of the electric driving part; and
a retainer acting on at least one of the pivot shaft and the second hinge to prevent rotation of the second hinge relative to the first hinge.
3. The door opening/closing device according to claim 2, wherein the holder is provided in the first hinge, the pivot shaft passes through the first hinge to be fixed to the second hinge, and the holder is adapted to the pivot shaft to apply a holding torque to the pivot shaft.
4. The door opening and closing device according to claim 2, wherein the holder includes an elastic member, a fixing ring, the elastic member directly or indirectly acts on the fixing ring, and the fixing ring is sheathed and fixedly connected to the pivot shaft.
5. The door opening and closing device according to claim 4, wherein the fixing ring includes a main ring body fitted over the pivot shaft and a needle roller fitted over the main ring body, the needle roller being rotatable about a central axis thereof.
6. The door opening and closing device according to claim 4, wherein the holder further includes at least one support block, and the elastic member is stopped against the needle roller by the at least one support block.

The door opening/closing device according to claim 7, wherein the elastic member is a compression spring, the second end of the second support block has a positioning boss, the first hinge includes a housing and a cover, the housing has a first open mouth, the cover covers the first open mouth, the elastic member is sleeved on the positioning boss, and two ends of the elastic member respectively abut against the second end of the first support block and the cover.

The door opening/closing device according to claim 8, wherein the pivot shaft has a stopper flange, the housing of the first hinge has a second open opening, the holder is fitted around the pivot shaft in the first housing, and the stopper flange blocks the second open opening at an outer side of the second open opening.

The door opening and closing device according to claim 8, wherein the second hinge includes a second leaf and a connecting plate vertically fixed to the second leaf, the stopper flange is sandwiched between the connecting plate and a housing of the first hinge, and a part of the first pivot shaft extends into the connecting plate and is fastened to the connecting plate by a bolt.
13. The door opening and closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the transmission assembly includes a plurality of speed reducers and a final transmission mechanism connected to the speed reducers, and the clutch is disposed between adjacent speed reducers.

The door opening and closing device according to claim 13, wherein the speed reducer is a spur gear speed reducer or a bevel gear speed reducer, and the final transmission mechanism is any one of a belt transmission mechanism, a lead screw nut transmission mechanism, a rack and pinion transmission mechanism, and a link mechanism.

The door opening/closing device according to claim 14, wherein the transmission assembly includes a spur gear reducer, a bevel gear reducer, and a belt transmission mechanism, which are connected in sequence, the spur gear reducer is connected to a motor shaft of the motor, the spur gear reducer is connected to the bevel gear reducer through the clutch, the bevel gear reducer includes a drive bevel gear and a driven bevel gear, the belt transmission mechanism includes a drive pulley, a driven pulley, and a transmission belt, the driven bevel gear is coaxially fixed to the drive pulley, and the driven pulley is coaxially fixed to the pivot shaft through a sleeve.

The door opening and closing apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the clutch is a dog clutch, the clutch includes a fixed clutch dog connected to the primary transmission member of the transmission assembly, a movable clutch dog slidably fitted over the output shaft of the spur gear reducer, and a clutch switching member connected to the movable clutch dog so as to drive the movable clutch dog 132 to be engaged with or disengaged from the fixed clutch dog.

The door opening/closing device according to claim 16, wherein the movable engaging/disengaging pawl is slidably engaged with the output shaft via a sliding key, and the engaging/disengaging switching member is configured to drive the movable engaging/disengaging pawl to slide on the output shaft toward or away from the fixed engaging/disengaging pawl.

The door opening and closing device according to claim 17, wherein the clutch switching member is a link assembly, and the clutch switching member includes: the clutch mechanism comprises a supporting seat and a control arm hinged to the supporting seat, wherein the control arm is generally L-shaped, one end of the control arm is suitable for pushing the movable clutch claw, and the middle part of the control arm is hinged to the supporting seat.
19. A vehicle door assembly comprising a vehicle door and the door opening/closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 18.

The vehicle of claim 20, further comprising a controller, a speed sensor for detecting a rotational speed of a motor shaft of the motor, the controller being electrically connected to the speed sensor, the motor, and the clutch to control the clutch to switch to the disengaged state and the motor to stop when the rotational speed detected by the speed sensor is not within a preset threshold range.

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a vehicle door opening and closing device which can enable a vehicle door to be opened to any proper angle and has good opening hand feeling.
The invention also provides a vehicle door assembly with the vehicle door opening and closing device and a vehicle with the vehicle door assembly.
A vehicle door opening and closing device according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes: the hinge comprises an electric driving part and a hinge, wherein the electric driving part comprises a motor, a transmission assembly and a clutch; the transmission assembly is connected with the hinge to drive the hinge to be opened at any angle, the clutch is connected between the motor and the transmission assembly or arranged in the transmission assembly or arranged between the hinge and the transmission assembly, and when the clutch is in a separated state, a part of the hinge, which is used for being connected with the electric drive component, is kept and limited at the current position.

In some embodiments, the hinge comprises: the hinge assembly comprises a first hinge, a second hinge, a pivot shaft and a retaining element, wherein the first hinge is suitable for being connected with a vehicle body; the second hinge is suitable for being connected with a vehicle door; the pivot shaft is connected with the second hinge and is connected with a power output part of the electric driving part; the retaining member acts on at least one of the pivot shaft and the second hinge to prevent rotation of the second hinge relative to the first hinge.

In some embodiments, the retaining element comprises an elastic element, a securing ring, which acts directly or indirectly on the securing ring, which surrounds and is fixedly connected to the pivot shaft.
In some embodiments, the fixing ring comprises a main ring body sleeved on the pivot shaft and a roller pin embedded on the main ring body, and the roller pin can rotate around the central axis of the roller pin.
In some embodiments, the retainer further comprises at least one support block, and the resilient member is stopped against the needle roller by the at least one support block.
