when the C-shaped card enters the directional sorting machine 2, the C-shaped card firstly enters the feeding port 2a1 of the fixed turntable 2a and then slides into the sorting groove 2b1 of the rotating disk 2b, if the C-shaped card is in a notch-up state relative to the sorting groove 2b1, the C-shaped card can be clamped by the sorting groove 2b1 after rotating, and can not slide down at the sorting channel 2C1 and continue rotating, the C-shaped card can not be clamped by the sorting groove 2b1 and can slide out of the discharging guide pipe 1C onto the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3, and at the moment, the C-shaped card is in a notch-up state relative to the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3; when the C-card is slid into the sorting chute 2b1 from the inlet port 2a1, the C-card slides directly from the sorting channel 2C1 into the outlet conduit 1C and finally onto the work surface of the stop conveyor 3 after rotation if the C-card is notched downward relative to the sorting chute 2b 1.

The directional sorting machine 2 also comprises a supporting base 2e and a servo motor 2 f; the supporting base 2e is arranged at the bottom of the fixed turntable 2a, the servo motor 2f is fixedly arranged on the back of the fixed turntable 2a, the output shaft of the servo motor 2f is positioned on the axis of the fixed turntable 2a, the output shaft of the servo motor 2f penetrates through the fixed turntable 2a to be connected with the back of the rotating disk 2b, and the servo motor 2f is electrically connected with the controller;

the supporting base 2e is used for supporting the fixed turntable 2a and keeping the whole directional sorting mechanism in a vertical state, and the servo motor 2f is used for driving the rotating disc 2b to rotate between the fixed turntable 2a and the sorting cover 2C and driving the C-shaped card to turn over.

The limiting conveying table 3 comprises a guide plate 3a, a limiting cylinder 3b, a first proximity sensor 3c and a sorting machine mounting platform 3 d; the guide plate 3a is arranged above the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3, the guide plate 3a is derived from the starting end to the tail end of the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3, the guide plate 3a is arranged between the directional sorting machine 2 and the visual detection mechanism 4, the starting end of the guide plate 3a is arranged beside the outlet of the discharge conduit 1c, the limiting cylinder 3b is arranged at the tail end of the guide plate 3a, the limiting cylinder 3b is fixedly arranged above the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3, the first proximity sensor 3c is fixedly arranged beside the limiting cylinder 3b, the first proximity sensor 3c is arranged in the upstream direction of the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3 relative to the limiting cylinder 3b, the working surface of the first proximity sensor 3c is arranged towards the guide plate 3a, the sorting machine mounting platform 3d is arranged at the starting end of the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3, the sorting machine mounting platform 3d straddles on the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3, the supporting base 2e is fixedly arranged on the sorting machine mounting platform 3d, and the limiting cylinder 3b and the sorting machine mounting platform 3d are electrically connected with the controller;

as the C-shaped card slides out of the discharging guide pipe 1C, only the notch is ensured to be upward, and the direction of the C-shaped card can not be ensured to be consistent with the working direction of the conveyor belt of the limiting conveying table 3, a guide plate 3a is arranged above the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3, the starting section of the guide plate 3a has a certain oblique angle relative to the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3, one side of the discharging guide pipe 1C inclines to the other side of the discharging guide pipe 1C, so that the C-shaped card is driven by the limiting conveying table 3 to extend backwards to the oblique edge of the guide plate 3a to advance, the tail section of the guide plate 3a is a baffle plate with the extending direction consistent with the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3, a limiting cylinder 3b is arranged beside the baffle plate, the C-shaped card is moved between the guide plate 3a and the limiting cylinder 3b to be sensed by the first proximity sensor 3C, and the first proximity, after delaying, the controller sends a working signal to the limiting cylinder 3b, and the limiting cylinder 3b pushes the C-shaped card which just moves to the front of the working part of the limiting cylinder 3b to the guide plate 3a, so that the orientation of the C-shaped card and the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3 are kept until the C-shaped card is sent to the position below the visual detection mechanism 4.

The visual detection mechanism 4 comprises a movable platform 4a and a visual detection frame 4 d; the movable platform 4a is arranged right above the limiting conveying table 3, the visual inspection frame 4d is arranged on the movable platform 4a, and the movable platform 4a is vertical to the visual inspection frame 4 d; two side surfaces of the movable platform 4a are provided with sliding grooves 4a1, positioning nuts 4a2 are placed in the sliding grooves 4a1, the positioning nuts 4a2 are in clearance fit with the sliding grooves 4a1, second screws 4a3 are arranged corresponding to the positioning nuts 4a2, the visual detection frame 4d comprises a mounting cross beam 4d1, camera mounting platforms 4d2 are arranged below two ends of the mounting cross beam 4d1, the cameras 4d3 are mounted on the camera mounting platforms 4d2, two limiting plates 4d4 are arranged at the bottom of the mounting cross beam 4d1, the movable platform 4a is clamped by the two limiting plates 4d4, the limiting plates 4d4 are fixed by screwing the second screws 4a3 on the positioning nuts 4a2, therefore, the visual detection frame 4d is fixed on the movable platform 4a and can slide along the direction of the sliding grooves 4a1, and the cameras 4d3 are electrically connected with a controller;

when the visual inspection frame 4d is mounted on the movable platform 4a, the second screw 4a3 can be loosened to adjust the position of the visual inspection frame 4d, thereby enabling the desired workpiece position to be photographed according to the size of the C-card.

The visual detection mechanism 4 also comprises a platform lifting mechanism 4b and a second proximity sensor 4 c; the platform lifting mechanism 4b comprises a ball screw 4b1, a screw base 4b2, a through shaft type screw motor 4b3 and a screw nut 4b 4; the two screw bases 4b2 are fixedly arranged at two sides of the limiting conveying table 3, the ball screw 4b1 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the screw base 4b2, the ball screw 4b1 penetrates through two ends of the movable platform 4a, the through shaft type screw motor 4b3 is fixedly arranged on the upper plane of the movable platform 4a, the through shaft type screw motor 4b3 is arranged on one ball screw 4b1, the other ball screw 4b1 is sleeved with the screw nut 4b4, the fixing part of the screw nut 4b4 is arranged on the upper plane of the movable platform 4a, and the second proximity sensor 4c and the through shaft type screw motor 4b3 are electrically connected with the controller;

because the camera 4d3 of the equipment is positioned below the two sides of the movable platform 4a, if the camera is suspended at the same position all the time, the advance of the C-shaped card can be blocked, therefore, the equipment is provided with a platform lifting mechanism 4b on the movable platform 4a, the through shaft type screw motor 4b3 on the movable platform 4a drives the movable platform 4a to lift on the ball screw 4b1, and the screw nut 4b4 ensures the smoothness of the lifting; the C-shaped clamp is sensed by the second proximity sensor 4C before moving to the lower part of the movable platform 4a, so that the second proximity sensor 4C sends a signal to the controller, the controller sends working signals to the driving part of the limiting conveying table 3, the through shaft type lead screw motor 4b3 and the camera 4d3 respectively after delay, the limiting conveying table 3 stops conveying, the through shaft type lead screw motor 4b3 drives the movable platform 4a to descend, and the camera 4d3 photographs the C-shaped clamp.

The working principle of the invention;

when the equipment works, the C-shaped card slides into the feeding conduit 1b from the discharging hopper 1a, the inner channels of the feeding conduit 1b and the discharging conduit 1C are designed according to the size characteristics of the C-shaped card, so as to ensure that the C-shaped clamp keeps a vertical state when sliding in the feeding guide pipe 1b and the discharging guide pipe 1C, when the C-shaped card enters the directional sorting machine 2, firstly enters the feeding port 2a1 of the fixed turntable 2a, and then slid into the sorting slot 2b1 of the rotary disk 2b, if the C-type card is in a notch-up state with respect to the sorting slot 2b1, the C-type card is caught by the sorting slot 2b1 after the rotation, the C-shaped card can not slide down from the sorting channel 2C1 and continuously rotate, the C-shaped card is not clamped by the sorting groove 2b1 any more and can slide out from the discharge guide pipe 1C to the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3, and the C-shaped card is in a state that the notch is upward relative to the working surface of the limiting conveying table 3; when the C-shaped card slides into the sorting groove 2b1 from the feeding port 2a1, if the C-shaped card is in a downward notch state relative to the sorting groove 2b1, after rotation, the C-shaped card will directly slide into the discharging conduit 1C from the sorting channel 2C1 and finally slide onto the working surface of the spacing conveying table 3, and at this time, the C-shaped card is in an upward notch state relative to the working surface of the spacing conveying table 3; the servo motor 2f is used for driving the rotating disc 2b to rotate between the fixed rotating disc 2a and the sorting cover 2C and driving the C-shaped card to turn over; the C-shaped card is driven by the limiting conveying table 3 to extend backwards, the bevel edge of the guide plate 3a advances, the tail section of the guide plate 3a is a baffle plate with the extending direction consistent with the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3, the C-shaped card is moved between the guide plate 3a and the limiting cylinder 3b and is sensed by the first proximity sensor 3C, the first proximity sensor 3C sends a signal to the controller, the controller sends a working signal to the limiting cylinder 3b after delay, and the limiting cylinder 3b pushes the C-shaped card which is just moved to the front of the working part of the limiting cylinder 3b onto the guide plate 3a, so that the orientation of the C-shaped card is consistent with the working direction of the limiting conveying table 3; the C-shaped clamp is sensed by the second proximity sensor 4C before moving to the lower part of the movable platform 4a, so that the second proximity sensor 4C sends a signal to the controller, the controller sends working signals to the driving part of the limiting conveying table 3, the through shaft type lead screw motor 4b3 and the camera 4d3 respectively after delay, the limiting conveying table 3 stops conveying, the through shaft type lead screw motor 4b3 drives the movable platform 4a to descend, and the camera 4d3 photographs the C-shaped clamp.
