When the grinding wheel 13 rotates, the connecting strip 72 is in sliding connection with the outer surface of the grinding wheel 13, so that the rotating speed of the connecting strip 72 is relatively slow compared with that of the convex shaft rotating wheel 71, the convex shaft rotating wheel 71 can push the concave plate 75 when rotating, the concave plate 75 discharges air inside the air suction device 7 to the outside in the pushing process, the return spring belt 76 is compressed, when the convex shaft rotating wheel 71 is separated from the concave plate 75, the return spring belt 76 extends to push the concave plate 75 to the original position, in the process, the external air enters the air suction device 7, cut wood chips are scattered towards the grinding wheel 13 under the guidance of air flow, and the existence of the ventilation net 73 can prevent the wood chips from entering the air suction device 7.
