1. A preparation method of a water-based coated aluminum pigment is characterized by comprising the following steps:

2. The method for preparing an aqueous coated aluminum pigment according to claim 1, wherein: the grinding aid is one or more of sodium borohydride, perfluorooctanoic acid, ethyl orthosilicate, white corundum powder, nano titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate.

Background

Aqueous polyurethanes are new polyurethane systems in which water is used as the dispersion medium instead of an organic solvent, and are also referred to as water-dispersed polyurethanes, aqueous polyurethanes, or water-based polyurethanes. The waterborne polyurethane takes water as a solvent, and has the advantages of no pollution, safety, reliability, excellent mechanical property, good compatibility, easy modification and the like. Aluminum pigment, commonly known as silver powder, is a silver metallic pigment, which is prepared by adding a small amount of lubricant into pure aluminum foil, crushing into scaly powder by ramming, and polishing. The aluminum powder has light weight, high floating force, strong covering power and good light and heat reflecting performance. After treatment, the aluminum powder can also be made into non-floating aluminum powder. The aluminum powder can be used for identifying fingerprints and can also be used as fireworks. Aluminum powder is a large class of metal pigments due to its wide use, large demand, and many varieties.

Due to the chemical characteristics of the aluminum powder, a layer of compact aluminum oxide film is formed on the surface of the aluminum powder, and the physical and chemical properties of the film are unstable, so that the application of the existing aluminum pigment has certain limitations.
