Technical Field

Background

At present, in a bone joint replacement operation, generally in a knee joint replacement operation, bone cement is needed to be used for carrying out initial fixation on a prosthetic joint and a bone, and after a long period of time, bone tissues are combined with the prosthetic joint, namely, the bone tissues are grown into the bone cement microscopically, so that later fixation is realized. In the replacement operation, the load bearing area of the bone is easy to cause the sclerotin hardening, and the sclerotin hardening can cause the bone cement and the bone not to be well combined, so that the interface of the bone and the bone cement is loosened and the fixation is not firm. In order to solve the problem that bone cement and bone cannot be well combined and fixed, the existing technology is to use a screw special for operation to perform handheld punching on a hardened surface of the bone in a bone joint replacement operation to prepare a bone bed so that the bone cement can penetrate into a hole, on one hand, the bone cement is utilized to embed and fix a prosthetic joint and the bone, so that better initial fixation is realized, on the other hand, the contact area between the bone cement and the bone is increased, the bone tissue can grow into the bone cement, and better later fixation is realized. However, the screws specially used for the hand-held operation in the prior art have low punching accuracy when punching the bone.

Disclosure of Invention
