As shown in fig. 1, a blister cover precision forming stacking device comprises an equipment support 1, a fixed plate support 2, a fixed plate 3, a linear bearing 4, a guide post 5, a movable plate 6, a column 7, a rack 8, a gear 9, a reducer mounting plate 10, a reducer 11, a servo motor 12, a gas collection block 13, a first gas pipe joint 14, a second gas pipe joint 15, a stacking rod 16, a tail gas inlet suction rod 17, a suction cup 18, a cake pushing 19 and a stacking plate 20.

The stacking plate 20 is bolted to the movable plate 6 through four guide posts 5, and slides up and down along the linear bearing 4. The gear 9 and the rack 8 do gear pair motion, and the rack 8 drives the stacking plate 20 to move up and down, so that the effect that the sucker 18 sucks a product downwards and the product is stacked downwards is achieved; three threaded holes are uniformly formed in the cake pushing 19, and the tail air inlet suction rods 17 are three and arranged on the cake pushing 19 in an isosceles triangle mode, so that the stress of sucked products is uniform.

The working process is as follows: after a product is formed, punched and reaches a stacking station, a servo motor 12 drives a speed reducer 11 to rotate and simultaneously drives a gear 10 to rotate, a rack 9 moves downwards to make a gear pair motion with the gear 10, a stacking plate 20 moves to a position in contact with the product along with a guide pillar 5, a control program controls the switching of an electromagnetic valve, a vacuum pump is communicated with a first air pipe joint 14 on a gas collecting block 13 through the electromagnetic valve, the first air pipe joint 14 is communicated with a second air pipe joint 15 through a hose and then is connected to a tail gas inlet suction rod 17, a suction cup 18 is connected with the tail gas inlet suction rod 17, so that the mouth part of the suction cup 18 forms negative pressure, the suction force of the suction cup 18 is ensured to be greater than 5N, and the product is sucked; then the rack 9 moves further downwards to stably stack the products on the conveyor belt, a control program sets certain stacking carding, the conveyor belt runs once, and the staffs finish and pack the products.
