Background

Vehicle loading is one of the important factors to be considered for highway design, maintenance and long-term use. At present, in the road traffic of China, the condition that the road surface is seriously damaged due to the overload of vehicles is increasingly serious. Weight-limiting law enforcement is therefore a powerful measure to prevent overloaded vehicles from damaging the road.

2. according to the invention, the distance between the gravity sensor and the brake rod is set within the range of 7-10 m, so that after the gravity sensor is identified, the hydraulic cylinder has enough time to lift the brake rod, the normal passing of a vehicle is ensured, the time for the vehicle to stop is reduced, the traffic jam is avoided, and the passing efficiency of a detection channel is improved.
