Referring to fig. 1-6, a dust removing device for mining of mining equipment comprises a bar-shaped box 1, moving wheels are arranged at four corners of the bottom of the bar-shaped box 1, a first annular baffle 2 is fixedly arranged at the top of the bar-shaped box 1, a box body 3 is arranged above the bar-shaped box 1, openings are arranged at two sides of the box body 3, grid plates are fixedly arranged in the two openings, a second annular baffle 4 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the box body 3, the second annular baffle 4 is in sliding connection with the outer side of the first annular baffle 2, the same bar-shaped plate 5 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the top and the inner wall of the bottom of the box body 3, a first shaft 6 is rotatably arranged on the bar-shaped plate 5, a fan blade 7 is fixedly sleeved at one end of the first shaft 6, the other end of the first shaft 6 extends to one side of the bar-shaped plate 5 and is fixedly sleeved with a first cone pulley 8, a second shaft 9 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the box body 3, the top end of the second shaft 9 is fixedly sleeved with a second cone pulley 10, the first cone pulley 8 is meshed with the second cone pulley 10, the bottom end of the second shaft 9 extends to the lower part of the box body 3 and is fixedly sleeved with a first belt pulley 11, the outer side of the second shaft 9 is fixedly sleeved with a first gear 12, the bottom end of one side of the strip-shaped plate 5 is fixedly provided with a motor 13, an output shaft of the motor 13 is fixedly sleeved with a driving gear 14, the driving gear 14 is meshed with the first gear 12, the inner wall of the bottom of the box body 3 is movably provided with the bottom ends of two mounting frames 15, the top ends of the two mounting frames 15 both extend to the upper part of the box body 3 and are fixedly provided with a fixing plate, the top side of the fixing plate is fixedly provided with a pull ring, the mounting frame 15 is provided with a filter plate 16, the inner wall of the front side of the box body 3 is rotatably provided with two third shafts 17, the outer sides of the two third shafts 17 are both fixedly sleeved with chain wheels 18, and the two chain wheels 18 are in transmission connection with a same chain 19, a worm wheel 20 is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of a third shaft 17 positioned below, a fourth shaft 21 is rotatably installed on the inner wall of the bottom of the box body 3, the bottom end of the fourth shaft 21 extends to the lower part of the box body 3 and is fixedly sleeved with a second belt pulley 22, a spiral tooth is arranged at the top end of the outer side of the fourth shaft 21 and is meshed with the worm wheel 20, a chute 23 is arranged at the bottom of the box body 3, a first sliding plate 24 and a second sliding plate 40 are slidably installed in the chute 23, a partition plate is fixedly installed in the chute 23, one end of a rotating pin 25 is rotatably installed on the sliding plate 24, a second gear 26 is fixedly sleeved on the other end of the rotating pin 25, a third belt pulley 27 is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the rotating pin 25, a belt pulley is rotatably installed on the second sliding plate 40, the first belt pulley 11, the second belt pulley 22, the third belt pulley 27 and the belt pulley are rotatably connected with the same belt 30, and an inner gear disc 31 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the first annular baffle 2, second gear 26 meshes with inner gear plate 31 mutually, fixed mounting has same guide bar 32 on the top inner wall of box 3 and the bottom inner wall, the outside slidable mounting of guide bar 32 has diaphragm 33, slidable mounting has containing box 39 in bar case 1, the front side of containing box 39 extends to bar case 1 outside and fixed mounting has the rectangular plate, and the front side fixed mounting of rectangular plate has the handle, bar case 1's top is the annular based on first ring baffle 2 and has seted up a plurality of feed openings for the centre of a circle, and a plurality of feed openings all are linked together with containing box 39.

In this embodiment, the horizontal plate 33 is provided with a sliding slot 34, a sliding pin 35 is slidably installed in the sliding slot 34, and one end of the sliding pin 35 is fixedly connected with the chain 19.

In this embodiment, the top of the bar-shaped box 1 is fixedly provided with an annular slide rail 36 based on the first annular baffle 2 as a circle center, the bottom of the box body 3 is fixedly provided with a limit ring 37 based on the second annular baffle 4 as a circle center, an annular slide groove 38 is formed in the bottom side of the limit ring 37, and the annular slide rail 36 is slidably arranged in the annular slide groove 38.

In this embodiment, the same slide bar 28 is fixedly mounted on the inner walls of the front and rear sides of the sliding slot 23, and the first slide plate 24 and the second slide plate 40 are both provided with slide holes, and both slide holes are slidably connected with the outer sides of the slide bar 28.

In this embodiment, one end of the electric push rod 29 is fixedly mounted on the front side of the partition plate, and the other end of the electric push rod 29 is fixedly connected with the sliding plate 24.

In this embodiment, the two ends of the transverse plate 33 are both fixedly mounted with cleaning brushes, and the two cleaning brushes are respectively contacted with the filter plate on the corresponding side.

In this embodiment, two draw-in grooves have been seted up on the bottom inner wall of box 3, and the equal fixed mounting in bottom of two mounting brackets 15 has T shape cardboard, and two T shape cardboards activity joint respectively are in the draw-in groove that corresponds.

In this embodiment, fixed mounting has a dust collection funnel on the bottom inner wall of box 3, and the bottom of dust collection funnel extends to the below of box 3 and with the feed opening looks adaptation that corresponds.

In this embodiment, one end of a spring is fixedly mounted on the front side of the second sliding plate 40, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the partition plate, and the spring is sleeved on the outer side of the sliding rod 28.

The embodiment also provides a use method of the dust removal device for mining of the mining equipment, which comprises the following steps:

s1: the device is moved to a proper position through a moving wheel, a motor 13 is started, an output shaft of the motor 13 drives a first gear 12 to rotate through a driving gear 14, the first gear 12 drives a second cone pulley 10 and a first belt pulley 11 to synchronously rotate through a second shaft 9, the second cone pulley 10 drives a first shaft 6 to enable a fan blade 7 to rotate through a first cone pulley 8, dust is sucked into a box body 3 under the action of the fan blade 7, the first belt pulley 11 drives a second belt pulley 22, a third belt pulley 27 and belt pulleys to synchronously rotate through a belt 30, the second belt pulley 22 drives a fourth shaft 21 to rotate, the fourth shaft 21 drives a worm wheel 20 to rotate through a spiral tooth, the worm wheel 20 drives a corresponding chain wheel 18 through a third shaft 17 positioned at the lower side to enable a chain 19 to drive another chain wheel 18 to synchronously rotate, and a transverse plate 33 is driven to slide along a guide rod 32 to and fro under the action of a sliding pin 35 and a sliding groove hole 34, thereby driving the two cleaning brushes to perform cleaning operation along the corresponding filter plates 16, and the cleaned dust downwards enters the containing box 39 through the corresponding feed opening through the dust collecting funnel;

s2: when the angle of the box body 3 needs to be adjusted, the electric push rod 29 is controlled to push the first sliding plate 24 to enable the rotating pin 25 to enable the second gear 26 and the internal gear disc 31 to be in a meshed state, the angle of the box body 3 is adjusted along the internal gear disc 31 by the second gear 26 under the action of the third belt pulley 27, the belt 30 pulls the belt pulley to enable the second sliding plate 40 to slide along the sliding rod 28 and extrude the spring along with the movement of the first sliding plate 24, so that the belt 30 is kept in a tightened state, and after the angle adjustment is completed, the electric push rod 29 pulls the first sliding plate 24 to drive the second gear 26 and the internal gear disc 31 to be disengaged;

s3: when the filter plate 16 needs to be replaced, the mounting frame 15 is pulled upwards through the pull ring, so that the mounting frame 15 moves upwards, the mounting frame 15 moves upwards to drive the T-shaped clamping plate to be separated from the clamping groove, the mounting frame 15 is taken out from the upper side of the box body 3 to be replaced, after the use, the containing box 39 is pulled through the handle, the containing box 39 is taken out from the strip-shaped box 1, and dust in the containing box 39 is poured out.

The standard parts used in the invention can be purchased from the market, the special-shaped parts can be customized according to the description of the specification and the accompanying drawings, the specific connection mode of each part adopts conventional means such as bolts, rivets, welding and the like mature in the prior art, the machines, the parts and equipment adopt conventional models in the prior art, and the circuit connection adopts the conventional connection mode in the prior art, so that the detailed description is omitted.
