(2) The traffic road cone is accurately collected and recovered: the recovery device provided by the invention adopts a mode of combining the roller conveying assembly, the induction station, the program-controlled mechanical gripper, the picking assembly and the road cone guiding assembly, so that the road cones in different states can be accurately recovered.

(3) Forward recovery and discharge of road cones: the present invention allows for operator convenience by recovering and dispensing in a forward direction.

(4) Under the non-operating condition, the road cone guiding component is ingeniously hidden into the bottom of the vehicle, and the road cone guiding component is pushed out during operation.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Further, the rear collecting assembly comprises the transverse push-pull rod 8 and a conical tray 12 which is horizontally arranged at the lower side of the free end of the transverse push-pull rod 8, matched with a road cone and can rotate 90 degrees from front to back; the conical tray 12 is in an initial state that the conical head is at the same side of the vehicle head, and the conical tail is at the same side of the vehicle tail; after the road cone is collected, the road cone is adjusted to be in an upright state, and after the mechanical gripper 7 grabs the road cone, the initial state is recovered.

The tapered tray collects the road cone with the front head corrected by the front guide assembly and the rear head at the front bottom, and the road cone is adjusted to be in an upright state by rotating ninety degrees in the vertical direction.

Preferably, the turning of the tapered tray is synchronously controlled with a manipulator program, and after the tapered tray corrects and collects the road cones in the upright state, the mechanical gripper grips the road cones in the upright state.

Preferably, the conveying assembly 3 comprises a square station 13, a roller and a conveying belt, wherein the square station 13 is arranged on the upper side surface of the chassis and used for the mechanical gripper 7 to grip the road cone; the roller rotates to drive the conveyor belt to move; an infrared sensor is arranged on the square station 13; the square station 13 is the same as the bottom of the road cone in size and is positioned below the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt is provided with a channel for conveying the road cone.

The channel is similar to a bow shape, the closed end of the bow shape is positioned at the same side of the tail of the vehicle, the open end of the bow shape is positioned at the same side of the head of the vehicle, the running direction of the conveyor belt is the same as the writing method of the bow shape in the road cone discharging process, and the running direction of the conveyor belt is opposite to the writing method of the bow shape in the road cone recycling process.

The traffic road cone automatic collecting and releasing vehicle is used for positively recovering and releasing the traffic road cone;

the forward recovery and the forward discharge are the recovery and discharge actions of the vehicle in the advancing process;
