The mixture is injected too fast, the mould is not exhausted in time, the product bubble and other defects are easy to cause, and the product quality is greatly influenced. However, if the mixture is injected too slowly, the mixture injected first undergoes a curing reaction, which is likely to cause the defects of layering, unsatisfactory injection, etc., and also seriously affects the product quality. In summary, control of the injection rate is a very critical parameter in the production of the product.

Currently, the method for adjusting the injection speed of the mixture is as follows: firstly, the injection speed is manually judged, and then the exhaust valve or the air inlet valve is manually opened to increase or decrease the pressure in the mixing tank, so that the control of the mixture injection speed is realized. However, the control method adopts manual work to judge that the subjectivity is high, the injection speed regulation reliability is poor, and the manual operation of the valve for pressurization and depressurization increases the labor capacity of workers.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an injection molding machine, which aims to solve the problem that the reliability of the injection speed is poor by the current manual subjective judgment; in addition, the invention also aims to provide an injection speed control method.

In order to facilitate automatic control of the injection speed, in this embodiment, the injection molding machine further includes an electronic scale 1 disposed below the mixing container 3 and a weight information processing unit 2 in signal connection with the electronic scale 1, in the process of discharging the material in the mixing cavity, the electronic scale 1 weighs the material in the mixing container 3 and the mixing cavity, measures the weight variation of the material in unit time, inputs the weight variation of the material into the weight information processing unit 2, calculates the injection speed of the material, the weight information processing unit 2 is provided with an input port for inputting a preset speed and a display for displaying the injection speed information of the material, determines different preset speeds according to different process requirements, inputs the preset speeds into the weight information processing unit 2, the weight information processing unit 2 compares the measured actual injection speed with the preset speeds, the weight information processing unit 2 is further in signal connection with a valve action unit 5, if the actual injection speed exceeds the preset speed, the weight information processing unit 2 inputs a signal to the valve action unit 5, the valve action unit 5 drives the air inlet valve 8 to close and drives the exhaust valve 9 to open, otherwise, if the actual injection speed is less than the preset speed, the valve action unit 5 drives the air inlet valve 8 to open and drives the exhaust valve 9 to close, and therefore automatic control of the injection speed is achieved. Considering the influence of the conventional flow rate measuring device on the injection pressure of the epoxy resin, the electronic scale 1 placed at the lower end of the mixing container 3 at the time of mold pouring in the present embodiment approximately considers the weight reduction of the epoxy resin in the mixing chamber in a unit time as the injection speed of the epoxy resin, avoiding the loss of the injection pressure of the epoxy resin, wherein the electronic scale 1 constitutes a weighing unit. Of course, in other embodiments, the amount of weight change of the mixing container 3 may also be measured by using a hoist.

In the process of injection, the viscosity of the mixture is inconsistent and the injection pressure is inconsistent in consideration of factors such as material temperature, mixture ratio and performance difference of raw materials, and the injection molding machine calculates the final injection speed, so that the materials can be used under the conditions of temperature, mixture ratio, performance difference and the like.

When the injection molding machine of the present invention is used, for example, an injection molding is performed on a certain sealed pole, first, the injection speed in the weight information processing unit 2 is set to 2kg/min, and the injection time is set to 10 min. Opening the electronic scale 1, connecting the air inlet valve 8 with compressed air, clicking a start button of the injection molding machine to start injection at a certain moment, such as 8:00 a.m., recording the start time by the weight information processing unit 2, gradually reducing the weight displayed by the electronic scale 1 when the material flows out of the mixing cavity, immediately transmitting the displayed weight to the weight information processing unit 2, and calculating the material injection speed by the weight information processing unit 2 according to the weight variation in unit time. If the weight is reduced by 1.6kg by the electronic scale 1 at the time of 8:01, the weight information processing unit 2 calculates that the injection speed for the 1 minute is 1.6kg/min, and judges that the injection speed obtained this time is less than the set value of 2kg/min assuming that the injection speed set in this process is 2 kg/min. The information is further transmitted to the valve action unit 5, the valve action unit 5 sends a signal to instruct the air inlet valve 8 to be opened and the air outlet valve 9 to be closed, and the injection pressure in the mixing container 3 is increased after the instruction of the valve is carried out, so that the injection speed of the material is correspondingly increased; if the weight of the electronic scale 1 is reduced by 3.9kg at the time of 8:02, namely the weight of the electronic scale 1 is reduced by 2.3kg at the time of 2 minutes, the injection speed of the electronic scale 1 at the time of 2 minutes is calculated to be 2.3kg/min, the injection speed is judged to be greater than the set value of 2kg/min, the information is transmitted to the valve action unit 5, and the valve action unit 5 sends a signal to instruct the exhaust valve 9 to be opened and the intake valve 8 to be closed. After the instruction valve acts, the injection pressure in the mixing container 3 is reduced, and the corresponding injection speed is reduced, so that the automatic adjustment of the injection speed is realized. The whole process does not need to be operated by personnel, the parameter setting is finished, the injection speed is fully automatically adjusted after the injection is clicked, the production automation level is effectively improved, the product quality is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.

In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the maintenance and operation of the injection molding machine, the mixing container 3 is further provided with a support 10 for supporting the mixing container 3 and a traveling wheel 11 disposed at the support leg of the support 10, so that the mixing container 3 is convenient to move, and the labor intensity is reduced.

Embodiment 2 of the injection molding machine of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 of the injection molding machine of the present invention only in that: the exhaust valve is not arranged, the throttle valve is arranged on the air inlet channel, when the injection speed is lower than the preset speed, the opening of the throttle valve is increased through the controller, and when the injection speed is higher than the preset speed, the opening of the throttle valve is reduced through the controller.
