The specific working process is as follows:

during operation, put into organism 1's inside with dry-type transformer, cover apron 3, the transformer is kept apart with the external world, because the transformer is kept apart sealedly with the external world, at this moment, in order to satisfy the normal heat dissipation demand of transformer, inside external cold air got into the organism from air inlet duct 9, through the filtration and the regulation back of air intake mechanism 8, the cold air intervenes, no matter be natural air cooling or forced air cooling, the required gas flow of transformer can not receive organism 1's restriction and reduce, the air cooling effect can not descend.

After the transformer is placed in the machine body 1, the lower surface of the transformer is in contact with and extruded with the upper surface of the bottom plate 6 and is influenced by the dead weight of the transformer, the volume of the oil cavity 10 is reduced, the movable plate 7 moves upwards along the inner surface of the felt plate 5, redundant hydraulic oil is extruded out of the through hole 11 to a gap between the machine body 1 and the felt plate 5, and finally the movable plate 7 is jacked to the bottom of the air inlet mechanism 8.

When the device is used, the internal mechanism of the transformer works to generate noise, the noise is diffused and transmitted to the outer surface of the felt plate 5, the outer surface of the felt plate 5 is soft and loose, the noise moves irregularly between internal fibers, the time for transmitting the noise outwards is prolonged, and meanwhile, a part of energy in the noise is consumed, so that the noise energy and decibel of the noise passing through the felt plate 5 are reduced, the noise after being denoised by the felt plate 5 enters a gap between the machine body 1 and the felt plate 5, the noise can reach the outside only after passing through the hydraulic oil and the machine body 1 because the gap is filled with the hydraulic oil, the speed for transmitting the sound by the liquid is far less than that of solid transmission, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is high, a large amount of energy is consumed when the sound wave moves inside, and under the auxiliary isolation of the cover plate 3 and the machine body 1, the energy contained in the sound wave of the noise is greatly consumed, noise transmitted to the outside is also reduced in decibels due to energy loss.

When the internal transformer needs to dissipate heat, external air flow enters the inside of the filter tube 20, and as the air inlet mechanism destroys the sealing effect of the equipment, in order to reduce the influence of the air flow on noise reduction, when the air flow enters, the fixed rod 23 drives the rotating block 26 to rotate, as the lower surface of the rotating block 26 and the upper surface of the fixed block 27 are provided with the bevel mouths, the rotating block 26 moves downwards while rotating along with the relative rotation of the two, the sliding rod 22 extends out of the fixed rod 23, the corrugated tube 25 contracts, the air flow enters the inside of the equipment through the crack of the baffle plate 24, otherwise, the fixed rod 23 rotates reversely, the sliding rod 22 retracts into the inside of the fixed rod 23, the corrugated tube 25 extends, the space where the air flow can enter is reduced, the filter tube 20 is closed, the noise transmitted outwards from the inside of the equipment is influenced by the filter tube 20 and the baffle plate 24, the penetrating force is reduced, and the sound wave vibration is transmitted to the inside of the sponge block 21 through the sliding rod 23, the sponge is loose and porous inside, so that the energy absorption effect is better.

When noise absorbed by the supporting mechanism 12 passes through hydraulic oil and is transmitted to the buffering mechanism 13, sound waves penetrate through the cross section of the arc-shaped plate 30 and are transmitted to the upper surface of the bent plate 32 downwards, then the sound waves are reflected from the upper surface of the bent plate 32 to the lower surface of the arc-shaped plate 30 upwards, the reflected sound waves and the sound waves transmitted by the lower surface of the arc-shaped plate 30 are offset, in the area between the arc-shaped plate 30 and the bent plate 32, a shock wave is formed under the action of sound wave refraction, the energy of the shock wave pushes the poking piece 34 to slide up and down along the outer surface of the swing rod 31, meanwhile, the poking piece 34 vibrates at high frequency, redundant sound waves act on the outer surface of the bent plate 32, the swing rod 31 swings left and right, the energy of the noise is consumed through converting the noise sound waves into the kinetic energy of the swing rod 31 and the gravity of the poking piece 34, multiple times of reflection and offset inside the buffering mechanism 13, and the penetrating power of the noise is further reduced.
