s4: putting the dried base cloth on an ironing machine, and removing wrinkles of the base cloth by using the ironing machine;

s5: putting the reinforcing layer and the base cloth into a press machine, and setting the pressure of the press machine to be 20 KPa;

s6: the scratch-resistant layer, the base fabric, and the reinforcing layer were put into a press, and the pressure value of the press was set to 20 KPa.

s6: the scratch-resistant layer, the base fabric, and the reinforcing layer were put into a press, and the pressure value of the press was set to 20 KPa.

According to the invention, the reinforcing layer, the base cloth and the anti-scratching layer are respectively soaked in the aqueous solution of aluminum hydroxide, and then the reinforcing layer, the base cloth and the anti-scratching layer are pressed by a press machine, so that the flame retardance can be effectively improved, the use limitation is greatly reduced, and the wear resistance and the stability of the coated cloth can be improved.
