When a rubber cone is required to be placed at the tail of an automobile, an electric push rod 1402 is located at a first station, a first motor 6 drives a first chain 7 through a transmission gear 5 to convey an electric gripper 12 to a corresponding clamping point in a collecting device 13, the collecting device 13 is driven by a fourth motor 1304 to rotate a storage barrel 1301, which is collected with the rubber cone, to the clamping point through a driving gear 1303 and a second chain 1302, a second motor 10 controls a steel wire rope 11 and the electric gripper 12 to descend through forward rotation of a rotating barrel 9, the rubber cone in the storage barrel 1301 is clamped, the second motor 10 is controlled to control the steel wire rope 11 and the electric gripper 12 to ascend through reverse rotation of the rotating barrel 9, the first motor 6 drives the first chain 7 through the transmission gear 5 to convey the electric gripper 12, which is clamped with the rubber cone, to a placing point, and the second motor 10 controls the steel wire rope 11 and the electric gripper 12 to be placed up and down; when the rubber cone cylinder needs to be placed on the side edge of the automobile, the electric push rod 1402 is located at the second station, and the operations are repeated; when the rubber cone on the road surface needs to be collected into the collecting device 13, the operations can be reversed.

The power supply points of all the power utilization devices in the embodiment are connected to the vehicle-mounted storage battery of the automobile.
