The invention is further provided that the first damping part comprises a plurality of first iron rings which are sequentially buckled; the second damping piece comprises a plurality of second iron rings which are sequentially buckled; the first vertical frame and the left vertical column are respectively provided with a first fixing column and a second fixing column; the first iron ring at the bottommost part is fixedly connected with the first fixing column; the first iron ring at the top is connected with one end of a second steel wire rope; the second iron ring at the bottommost part is fixedly connected with the second fixing column; the second iron ring at the top is connected with the other end of the second steel wire rope.

The invention is further provided that the bottoms of the two ends of the height limiting rod are provided with second pulleys; the second steel wire rope is arranged on the pulley.

The invention is further provided that the height limiting rod comprises a left tube, a right tube and a reinforcing tube arranged between the left tube and the right tube; the number of the second steel wire ropes is two; the two second steel wire ropes are respectively arranged at the bottom of the left pipe and the bottom of the right pipe.

The above arrangement can enhance the stability of the connection of the first iron ring 71 and the second iron ring 72.
