As shown in fig. 5, the alarm circuit 681 includes a first power VCC1 and a comparison resistor R1, the first power VCC1 is a common low voltage power source and is disposed in the controller 68, one end of the comparison resistor R1 is coupled to the positive terminal of the first power VCC1, and the other end is coupled to the first conductive block 65. The buzzer 67 has one end coupled to the second conductive block 66 and the other end grounded. When the oil level in the frying tank 2 is lower than the height of the heating pipe 21, the first conductive block 65 is in contact with the second conductive block 66, so that the alarm circuit 681 is switched on, the buzzer 67 sounds to remind an operator of the oil level condition in the frying tank 2, and the operator can add oil in time. The protection circuit 682 includes a second power VCC2, a relay, an NPN transistor, and a protection resistor R2, and the second power VCC2 is a common power source and is disposed in the controller 68. The model of the NPN type triode is S9013, the relay is in a break mode, and two ends of the relay coil KM1 are respectively coupled with the collector of the NPN type triode and the positive electrode of the second power supply. In addition, the normally closed contact switch of the relay is coupled in series in the circuit between the heating tube 21 and the external power source VCC 3. One end of the protection resistor R2 is coupled to a connection point between the buzzer 67 and the second conductive block 66, the other end is coupled to a base of the NPN transistor, and an emitter of the NPN transistor is grounded. When the oil level in the frying tank 2 is lower than the height of the heating pipe 21, the first conductive block 65 is in contact with the second conductive block 66, so that the alarm circuit 681 is switched on, the base of the NPN type triode is at a high level at the moment, the NPN type triode is switched on, the two ends of the relay coil KM1 are powered on, and the normally closed contact switch KM1-1 of the relay is switched off, so that the heating pipe 21 is disconnected from an external power supply, the heating pipe 21 is prevented from being empty-burned when the oil is in contact, and accidents are avoided.

In use, the net bag 51 is first set in the condiment well 3, the operator places the food in the net bag 51, the rotation motor 46 is then activated, causing the driving post 43 and the rotation post 44 to rotate, causing the movement block 45 to rotate, so that the rack 5 and the net bag 51 are moved from the seasoning tank 3 toward the frying tank 2, and at the same time, the moving block 45 drives the guide bar 451 to move around the vertical center line of the rotating post 44, so that the sliding ball 452 slides on the slide way 422 on the guide rail 421, and the lifting arch 423 on the guide track 421 is arranged, so that when the sliding ball 452 passes through the slide way 422 on the lifting arch 423, the guide rod 451 moves upwards, which drives the moving block 45 and the bracket 5 to move upwards, so that the net bag 51 passes over the joint between the frying tank 2 and the seasoning tank 3 when moving, and the net bag 51 is prevented from interfering with the inner side walls of the frying tank 2 and the seasoning tank 3; when string bag 51 gets into in the deep-fry pond 2, heating pipe 21 has heated the oil in the deep-fry pond 2 for food in the string bag 51 is fried and is handled, and when food fried finishing, rotate motor 46 output shaft reversal, make string bag 51 get back to in the flavouring pond 3, operating personnel uses the flavouring bottle 311 in the case 31 to handle food at last, thereby makes food accomplish fried and handles. In the process, operating personnel is located operating area 11 and carries out fried processing to food, and fried pond 2 sets up in one side that operating area 11 was kept away from to condiment pond 3 for operating personnel keeps away from the oil in fried pond 2, prevents that operating personnel from being scalded by the oil that sputters, and oil mass alarm device 6's setting prevents that the heating pipe 21 in the fried pond 2 from empty burning, has reduced the production of incident, is favorable to promoting the security of this fried production line.
