Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of brazing clamps, and particularly relates to a multi-lap-plate movable positioning brazing clamp which can be used for manufacturing products related to a brazing lap joint process.

Background

The brazing method is mainly used for manufacturing precise heterogeneous metal sheet structural components, and is a welding method which simultaneously heats brazing filler metal and the weldment, which are lower than the melting point of the weldment, to the melting temperature of the brazing filler metal, and then fills gaps of solid workpieces with liquid brazing filler metal to connect metals. In order to improve the strength of a brazed workpiece, two plates are brazed together in an overlapping manner, and the overlapping length has no specific specified standard and is often determined according to actual production conditions. Most of brazing fixtures in the prior production can only complete the lapping of one workpiece, and the actual brazing production cannot meet the market demand due to low efficiency. The positioning design of the lap plate in the brazing fixture is also complex and complicated to operate. In the brazing process, the overlapping length of the two overlapping plates cannot be adjusted due to the positioning of the clamp, and when the overlapping length is too small, the situation that the part of the workpiece is not welded easily occurs due to the problem of workpiece placement, so that the produced overlapping workpiece is unqualified. In summary, how to achieve simultaneous welding of a plurality of overlapping workpieces in brazing, and enable an overlapping plate to have precise positioning in a fixture, and meanwhile, the overlapping length can be adjusted minutely to improve the production efficiency and the qualification rate of the overlapping workpieces is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a brazing clamp which is simple and reliable, has low manufacturing cost, can simultaneously lap four workpieces, can perform the status of a lap plate in the brazing process and can also finely adjust the lap length.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a multi-lap-plate movable positioning brazing clamp comprises a lower base, an upper cover plate and a lap plate, wherein the lap plate is arranged between the lower base and the upper cover plate;

the upper lapping plate is provided with a sliding pin, the sliding pin is of a cylindrical shaft type with a square middle and two ends, the diameter of the shaft section of the sliding pin is consistent with the diameter of a through hole of the upper lapping plate and the width of a sliding pin groove, one end of the upper lapping plate is lapped on the lapping surface of the lower lapping plate, the other end of the upper lapping plate is lapped on the square middle surface of the sliding pin, one end of the sliding pin penetrates through the through hole of the upper lapping plate, and the other end of the sliding pin is arranged in the sliding pin groove. The lower base is used for placing the lapping plate and can place 4 pairs simultaneously, and every pair of lapping plate all has lower lapping plate 5 and last lapping plate 4, and the lapping plate of placing is closely covered by upper cover plate 2 and is pressed.

The lapping plate is as shown in fig. 4, the upper lapping plate 4 and the lower lapping plate 5 are metal plates with the same size, the thickness of the lapping plate is about 2mm, the width is 20mm, the length is 42.5mm, a through hole with the diameter of 6.2mm is opened at a proper position at one end of the lapping plate for positioning, the through hole of the lower lapping plate is fixed by a positioning pin 6 passing through, the length of the shaft end of the positioning pin is larger than the thickness 2mm of the lower lapping plate 5 for positioning, the lower surface of the square plate is tightly attached to the lower lapping plate 5, the through hole 9 of the upper lapping plate is positioned by a sliding pin 3 passing through, the overlapped part of the upper lapping plate 4 and the lower lapping plate 5 is a lapping surface, brazing filler metal is placed at the lapping surface, and the lapping length can be adjusted in real time according to requirements. For the lapping process with the lapping plate, as shown in fig. 2, two grooves 10 are formed on the upper surface of the lower base 1 for placing the lapping plate, the depth of the grooves 10 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the two lapping plates by about 3mm, and the width of the grooves 10 is slightly larger than the width of the lapping plates by about 20.2 mm. The upper cover plate 2 is in surface contact with the upper lap plate 4 and the upper half square plate of the positioning pin 6. And the length and width dimensions of the upper cover plate 2 are consistent with those of the lower base plate 1.

As shown in fig. 1, four lower straps 5 are respectively disposed at corresponding positions at both ends of the groove 10, and both ends of the upper strap 4 are respectively supported by the lower straps 5 and the sliding pin 3, ensuring that the strap surfaces are kept parallel.
