Although the above patent can adjust the rod-shaped material from horizontal to vertical and position it accurately, in practical application we find that there are some disadvantages when it is used in some special cases, such as:

in many factories, processing of rod-shaped materials is carried out in different regions, a previous procedure is carried out in the workshop, a next procedure possibly needs to be carried out in another workshop and is limited by the size of the area of a factory building, a plurality of workshops are distributed upstairs and downstairs, the previous procedure is carried out in the upstairs workshop, and the next procedure needs to convey the rod-shaped materials to the downstairs workshop and then carry out processing; the material taking and positioning device is only convenient for horizontally adjusting the rod-shaped materials to be vertical, is not convenient for transporting the rod-shaped materials from upstairs to downstairs, and cannot deal with the special processing environment of vertically transporting the rod-shaped materials horizontally placed upstairs to downstairs;

in order to deal with the special processing environment, an automatic feeding device is provided, and the shortcomings in the prior art are overcome.

referring to fig. 9-10, on the basis of the second embodiment, a workpiece 23 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the vertical groove 18, a through groove 24 matched with the rod-shaped material 4 is formed in the center of the inside of the workpiece 23, a guide surface 25 is formed above the outer wall of the workpiece 23, and an annular cutting edge 31 is arranged at the top of the workpiece 23;

when the rod-shaped material 4 falls down, the rod-shaped material passes through the through groove 24 in the center of the inside of the workpiece 23, and when the rod-shaped material passes through the through groove 24, the annular cutting edge 31 at the top of the workpiece 23 can spade the outer wall of the rod-shaped material 4, so that burrs on the rod-shaped material 4 are removed, and the subsequent processing of the rod-shaped material 4 is facilitated;

a receiving cavity 26 is further formed in the mounting plate 17, the inward side of the receiving cavity 26 is communicated with the vertical groove 18, the communicated position is located at the top of the guide surface 25, a guide slope 32 which inclines downwards is formed on the inner bottom wall of the receiving cavity 26, a threaded groove 27 is formed in the bottom of the receiving cavity 26, and a threaded plug 28 is connected to the inner wall of the threaded groove 27 in a threaded manner;

the shoveled burrs slide down along the guide surface 25 and are collected into the containing cavity 26 without overflowing, the burrs collected in the containing cavity 26 can be cleaned by unscrewing the threaded plug 28 and passing through the threaded groove 27, the cleaning is more convenient, and the processing efficiency is greatly improved;

the arc-shaped air bags 22 are further arranged inside the fixed columns 20, the inner diameter of each arc-shaped air bag 22 is smaller than the diameter of the rod-shaped material 4, the rod-shaped material 4 is extruded by the arc-shaped air bags 22 when falling through the inner grooves 21, the falling speed of the rod-shaped material 4 can be reduced under the action of the arc-shaped air bags 22, the falling impact force of the rod-shaped material 4 is reduced, and meanwhile, the control precision of high-position vertical falling of the rod-shaped material 4 is improved;

the inner wall of the arc-shaped air bag 22 is provided with polishing abrasive paper, the polishing abrasive paper plays a role in polishing, and when the rod-shaped material 4 is contacted with the polishing abrasive paper, the rod-shaped material 4 with burrs removed can be polished by the polishing abrasive paper, so that the surface of the rod-shaped material 4 is smoother, and the subsequent processing is facilitated;

when the rod-shaped material 4 is a hollow tube, a buffer column 29 is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the material receiving barrel 16, the diameter of the buffer column 29 is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow tube, an air bag cushion 30 is arranged on the outer wall of the buffer column 29, the hollow tube is just sleeved on the buffer column 29 when falling, the air bag cushion 30 on the buffer column 29 can slow down the falling speed of the hollow tube, and the hollow tube is prevented from impacting the material receiving barrel 16;

the outer wall of the airbag cushion 30 is provided with polishing abrasive paper, and the polishing abrasive paper can polish the inner wall of the hollow pipe, so that the inner wall of the hollow pipe is smoother, the subsequent step of polishing the inner wall is omitted, and the production efficiency is further improved.

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:

the rod-shaped material 4 is placed in the storage cabinet 3, when the output shaft of the electric push rod 6 retracts, the storage cabinet 3 is in a state of inclining towards the lower right, and the position of the rod-shaped material 4 is lower than the position of the clamping seat 9 and is blocked by the clamping seat 9;

when the output shaft of the electric push rod 6 extends out, the object placing cabinet 3 gradually tends to be horizontal under the support of the push plate 7, meanwhile, the position of the rod-shaped material 4 is gradually leveled with the position of the clamping seat 9, when the position of the rod-shaped material 4 is leveled with the position of the clamping seat 9, the rightmost rod-shaped material 4 rolls rightwards under the action of gravity to roll to the upper side of the clamping seat 9 and is clamped in the clamping groove 10, at the moment, the output shaft of the electric push rod 6 is controlled to retract, the output shaft of the electric push rod 6 retracts to drive the push plate 7 to move leftwards, the object placing cabinet 3 is moved leftwards by the push plate 7 to lose the support and can be restored to the state of inclining rightwards and downwards, and on the way that the object placing cabinet 3 is restored to the original position, one end of the rod-shaped material 4 can be clamped through the pressing groove 12 of the pressing seat 11, and the end is pressed to tilt the rod-shaped material 4 until the rod-shaped material is in the vertical state;

the rod-shaped materials 4 in the vertical state can just fall downwards through the through grooves 14 on the mounting plate 2 and fall into a lower-layer space, a conveyor 15 is arranged in the lower-layer space, a plurality of material receiving barrels 16 are uniformly arranged at the top of the conveyor 15, the rod-shaped materials 4 falling downwards just fall into the material receiving barrels 16, the conveying of the rod-shaped materials 4 is completed, and meanwhile, the rod-shaped materials 4 are also converted from the horizontal state to the vertical state, so that the subsequent processing is facilitated;

the installation plate 17 is fixedly installed inside the floor slab 1, the vertical groove 18 is formed in the center of the installation plate 17, the vertical groove 18 is communicated with the through groove 14, the guide cylinder 19 is fixedly installed in the center of the bottom of the installation plate 17, the fixing column 20 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the guide cylinder 19, the inner groove 21 matched with the rod-shaped material 4 is formed in the center of the fixing column 20, the vertical groove 18 and the inner groove 21 both play a role in guiding, the rod-shaped material 4 can fall more stably and smoothly without inclining in the process of falling, and the safety of material conveying is guaranteed;

a workpiece 23 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the vertical groove 18, a through groove 24 matched with the rod-shaped material 4 is formed in the center of the inside of the workpiece 23, a guide surface 25 is formed above the outer wall of the workpiece 23, an annular cutting edge 31 is arranged at the top of the workpiece 23, the rod-shaped material 4 passes through the through groove 24 in the center of the inside of the workpiece 23 when falling, and the annular cutting edge 31 at the top of the workpiece 23 can be used for flatly shoveling the outer wall of the rod-shaped material 4 and removing burrs on the rod-shaped material 4 when passing through the through groove 24, so that the subsequent processing of the rod-shaped material 4 is facilitated;

the shoveled burrs slide down along the guide surface 25 and are collected into the containing cavity 26 without overflowing, the burrs collected in the containing cavity 26 can be cleaned by unscrewing the threaded plug 28 and passing through the threaded groove 27, the cleaning is more convenient, and the processing efficiency is greatly improved;

the arc-shaped air bags 22 are further arranged inside the fixed columns 20, the inner diameter of each arc-shaped air bag 22 is smaller than the diameter of the rod-shaped material 4, the rod-shaped material 4 is extruded by the arc-shaped air bags 22 when falling through the inner grooves 21, the falling speed of the rod-shaped material 4 can be reduced under the action of the arc-shaped air bags 22, the falling impact force of the rod-shaped material 4 is reduced, and meanwhile, the control precision of high-position vertical falling of the rod-shaped material 4 is improved;

the polishing abrasive paper arranged on the inner wall of the arc-shaped air bag 22 plays a polishing role, and can polish the rod-shaped material 4 with burrs when the rod-shaped material 4 is contacted with the polishing abrasive paper, so that the surface of the rod-shaped material 4 is smoother, and the subsequent processing is facilitated;

when the rod-shaped material 4 is a hollow tube, a buffer column 29 is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the material receiving barrel 16, the diameter of the buffer column 29 is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow tube, an air bag cushion 30 is arranged on the outer wall of the buffer column 29, the hollow tube is just sleeved on the buffer column 29 when falling, the air bag cushion 30 on the buffer column 29 can slow down the falling speed of the hollow tube, and the hollow tube is prevented from impacting the material receiving barrel 16;

the abrasive paper of polishing that sets up on the outer wall of gasbag pad 30 can polish the inner wall of hollow tube for the inner wall of hollow tube is more smooth, has saved the follow-up step of polishing the inner wall, has improved production efficiency.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
