Further, guide grooves 14 have been all seted up at the both ends of 11 bottom inner walls centers of rectangular channel department, and the both ends welding of 12 bottom outer walls centers of top holding plate has guide bar 13 at the inside of guide grooves 14 of sliding connection, and guide bar 13 slides along guide grooves 14, and what make top holding plate 12 rise can be more stable.

A method for demolding a plastic suction mold convenient to demold comprises the following steps:

s1, after a mold in a plastic suction mold body 5 is molded, an operator starts an infusion pump to input cooling liquid in a cooling tank into the interior of a heat exchange tube 8 through a liquid inlet tube 6, then the cooling liquid flows back to the cooling tank through a liquid outlet tube 7, the cooling liquid absorbs heat of the mold molded in the plastic suction mold body 5 when flowing along the heat exchange tube 8 to realize cooling of the molding mold, and a flow blocking plate 9 reduces the flow rate of the cooling liquid in the heat exchange tube 8 and improves the cooling efficiency of the molding mold;

s2, an operator starts the electric pushing cylinder 18, the electric pushing cylinder 18 pushes the sliding rod 20 to slide along the supporting seat 19, and at the moment, the guide wheel 22 plays a good supporting and guiding role in the sliding rod 20;

s3, in the sliding process of the sliding rod 20, the meshed driving gear 26 is pushed to rotate through the first toothed groove 25, and the driving gear 26 drives the driven gear 27 to rotate inside the arc-shaped groove 29 through the transmission shaft rod 24;

s4, the driven gear 27 is meshed with the second toothed groove 35 to drive the sliding rod 30 to lift upwards along the column casing 28, and at the moment, the positioning block 33 slides along the positioning groove 34 to improve the stability of the sliding rod 30 when the sliding rod 30 lifts along the column casing 28;

s5, the sliding rod 30 pushes the top post rod 32 to ascend along the post groove 16 to push the top holding plate 12, the top holding plate 12 ascends to lift, hold and demold a mold formed in the molding die body 5, and the guide rod 13 slides along the guide groove 14 when the top holding plate 12 ascends, so that the stability of the top holding plate 12 when the top holding plate 12 ascends to demold the molding die is improved.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the plastic suction mould convenient for demoulding and the demoulding method thereof are used, after the mould in the plastic suction mould body 5 is formed, an operator starts the infusion pump to input cooling liquid in the cooling tank into the interior of the heat exchange tube 8 through the liquid inlet tube 6, then the cooling liquid flows back to the cooling tank through the liquid outlet tube 7, when the cooling liquid flows along the heat exchange tube 8, the heat of the mould formed in the plastic suction mould body 5 is absorbed to realize the cooling of the forming mould, the flow baffle 9 reduces the circulation rate of the cooling liquid in the heat exchange tube 8, and the cooling efficiency of the forming mould is improved; then the operator starts the electric pushing cylinder 18, the electric pushing cylinder 18 pushes the sliding rod 20 to slide along the supporting seat 19, and at the moment, the guide wheel 22 plays a good role in supporting and guiding the sliding rod 20 during sliding; the slide bar 20 pushes the engaged driving gear 26 to rotate through the first toothed slot 25 during sliding, and the driving gear 26 drives the driven gear 27 to rotate inside the arc-shaped slot 29 through the transmission shaft lever 24; the driven gear 27 is meshed with the second toothed groove 35 to drive the sliding rod 30 to lift upwards along the column casing 28, and at the moment, the positioning block 33 slides along the positioning groove 34 to improve the stability of the sliding rod 30 when the sliding rod 30 lifts along the column casing 28; the sliding rod 30 pushes the top post rod 32 to ascend along the post groove 16 to push the top holding plate 12, the top holding plate 12 ascends to lift and hold a mold formed in the suction mold body 5 for demolding, and the guide rod 13 slides along the guide groove 14 when the top holding plate 12 ascends, so that the stability of the top holding plate 12 when the top holding plate 12 ascends for demolding of the forming mold is improved.
