Present current scheme can set for different sensitivity to rainfall sensor, and the user accessible rainfall sensitivity switch adjustment sensitivity size in the car, and unreasonable problem is set for to the sensitivity that this scheme can be solved because glass, the uniformity of sensor brought, but the rainfall detects insensitive and the false detection has these two problems of rain, and the requirement to sensitivity is opposite completely: the problem that the rainfall detection is insensitive and the sensitivity needs to be improved is solved; the problem that the sensitivity needs to be reduced due to rain in false detection is solved.

referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a rainfall threshold adjusting system of a rainfall sensor, which comprises a rainfall sensor 1, a wiper motor 2, a vehicle body controller 3, a rainfall threshold switch 4, a vehicle-mounted 4G/5G device 5, a cloud data platform 6, third-party weather information 7, a vehicle body controller 8 and other vehicle data 9.

The cloud data platform 6 obtains current GPS coordinates of the target vehicle and current rainfall threshold information of the rainfall sensor 1 through a 4G/5G channel, simultaneously obtains real-time weather information (such as third-party weather information 7 provided by a central weather network) of an area where the target vehicle is located through the Internet, simultaneously collects working conditions of the rainfall sensors 1 of other vehicles near the coordinates of the target vehicle, then judges whether the rainfall threshold of the target vehicle needs to be adjusted or not at the cloud, and if yes, sends a rainfall threshold adjustment request signal carrying the target rainfall threshold to the vehicle-mounted 4G/5G device 5 of the target vehicle.

After receiving the rainfall threshold adjustment request signal forwarded by the vehicle-mounted 4G/5G device 5, the vehicle body controller 3 writes a target rainfall threshold to be adjusted into the rainfall threshold adjustment signal, and then sends the rainfall threshold adjustment signal to the rainfall sensor 1, after the rainfall sensor 1 successfully updates the rainfall threshold based on the rainfall threshold adjustment signal, the information of successful update and the updated rainfall threshold are fed back to the cloud data platform 6, and the dynamic adjustment of the rainfall threshold is completed.

After receiving the rainfall threshold adjustment request signal forwarded by the vehicle-mounted 4G/5G device 5, the vehicle body controller 3 writes a target rainfall threshold to be adjusted into the rainfall threshold adjustment signal, and then sends the rainfall threshold adjustment signal to the rainfall sensor 1, if the rainfall sensor 1 does not update the rainfall threshold, the rainfall threshold is fed back to the vehicle body controller 3, 5 times of updating are repeatedly tried, and after 5 times of updating is exceeded, a signal indicating that the rainfall threshold is unsuccessfully adjusted is sent to the cloud data platform 6, and the dynamic adjustment of the rainfall threshold is completed.

When the target vehicle moves rapidly (the vehicle speed is more than or equal to 40 km/h), the cloud data platform 6 judges once every 15 minutes, and whether the rainfall threshold needs to be updated or not.

When the target vehicle is static or slowly moves (the vehicle speed is less than 40 km/h), the cloud data platform 6 judges once every 60 minutes, and whether the rainfall threshold needs to be updated or not.

Referring to fig. 3, a logical method of the rainfall sensor using the above system is as follows:

the rainfall sensor 1 receives a rainfall threshold adjusting signal sent by the automobile body controller 3, and judges whether to update the rainfall threshold, wherein the judgment conditions are as follows: and if the received target rainfall threshold value is inconsistent with the current rainfall threshold value, the flow is shifted to the next step.

The rainfall sensor 1 judges whether to adjust the rainfall threshold according to the external rainfall signal, and the judgment condition is as follows: and (4) when the received rainfall signal is more than 1min and the current rainfall threshold is less than or equal to 80% (the target rainfall threshold is equal to the first rainfall threshold), judging that the rainfall signal is true, adjusting the rainfall threshold to 80% of the target rainfall threshold, and otherwise, moving to the next step.

The rainfall sensor 1 does not receive an external rainfall signal for a long time, judges whether to adjust a rainfall threshold value or not, and judges the conditions: if the rainfall signal is not received, the duration is more than 30min, the current rainfall threshold is more than or equal to 20 percent (the target rainfall threshold is equal to the second rainfall threshold), and if the judgment is true, the rainfall threshold is adjusted to 20 percent, otherwise, the judgment process is ended.

After the adjustment of the rainfall threshold of the rainfall sensor 1 is completed, the vehicle body controller 3 can control the wiper motor 2 to be started or closed based on the information fed back by the rainfall sensor 1, so that the wiper is wiped.
