The rivet pressing fixture comprises a lower die 10, a positioning device 20, a clamping device 30 and an upper die 40.

The lower die 10 includes a bottom plate 11, a column 12, a connecting plate 13, and a mounting plate 14. The bottom of the upright post 12 is fixed on the bottom plate 11. The connecting plate 13 is fixed on the top of the upright 12. The bottom plate 11, the upright 12 and the connecting plate 13 form a receiving space therebetween. The mounting plate 14 is fixed on top of the connecting plate 13. The connecting plate 13 and the mounting plate 14 are provided with through holes which are positioned on the same straight line and are communicated with each other. The through hole is communicated with the accommodating space.

The positioning device 20 includes a positioning driving member 21, a lifting plate 22, two connecting rods 23 and two stoppers 24. The positioning drive 21 is in this embodiment a cylinder. The positioning driving member 21 is located in the accommodating space and fixed to the base plate 11. The lifting plate 22 is fixedly connected with the output end of the positioning driving member 21, and the positioning driving member 21 drives the lifting plate 22 to move up and down in the accommodating space along the vertical direction. The two connecting rods 23 are respectively fixed to the lifting plate 22 and perpendicular to the lifting plate 22. The two connecting rods 23 are parallel to each other. The two limit blocks 24 are respectively fixed at the end parts of the two connecting rods 23. Each stopper 24 is provided with a stopper groove 240. The limiting grooves 240 of the two limiting blocks 24 are oppositely arranged.

The clamping device 30 comprises two clamping assemblies. Each clamp assembly comprises a clamp drive 31, a drive link 32 and a clamp block 33. The clamp drive 31 is in this embodiment a pneumatic cylinder. The clamp drive 31 is fixed to the mounting plate 14. The clamping block 33 is slidably mounted to the mounting plate 14. One end of the transmission rod 32 is connected to the output end of the clamp driving member 31, and the other end is connected to the clamp block 33. Each clamping block 33 is provided with a guide groove, and the guide grooves of the two clamping blocks 33 are designed oppositely.

The upper die 40 includes a top plate 41, a punching plate 42, and a punch 43. The top plate 41 is fixedly connected to the punch plate 42. The punch 43 is fixed to the punching plate 42 and extends from the punching plate 42.

When the rivet pressing jig is used, the product 200 is placed on the lower die 10, and then the rivet 300 is placed at the position to be mounted of the product 200. The two clamping driving members 31 of the clamping device 30 respectively drive the two clamping blocks 33 to move towards each other, so as to clamp the rivet 300. When the rivet 300 is a special-shaped rivet, the guide groove of the holding block 33 contacts the rivet 300, and the rivet 300 having an improper mounting position can be corrected. The positioning driving member 21 of the positioning device 20 drives the lifting plate 22 to ascend, and drives the two limiting blocks 24 to move upwards until the limiting groove 240 contacts with the clamping block 33, so as to position the clamping block 33. The upper die 40 drives the punch 43 to move downwards, and the punch 43 presses the rivet 300 and the product 200 downwards, so that the rivet 300 is riveted on the product 200.

The rivet pressing fixture clamps the rivet 300 by arranging the two clamping components, replaces the original punching design, and after the rivet 300 and the product 200 are punched, the two clamping blocks 33 move in opposite directions and are separated from the rivet 300, so that the problems of scratching and difficult operation of the rivet 300 are avoided during demolding.
