Background

In the construction of highways, railways and large hydraulic engineering, in order to fully exert the advantages of 'centralized operation' of high equipment utilization rate, centralized management and effective quality control, China implements 'three centralized' standardized requirements in the engineering construction field, namely, each construction contract segment implements centralized concrete mixing, centralized beam piece prefabrication and centralized reinforcing steel bar processing. Construction enterprises usually build concrete mixing stations for centralized production of concrete. In construction practice, a forced double-horizontal-shaft stirrer is conventionally selected as a construction device, the forced double-horizontal-shaft stirrer is generally designed in a sinking mode, and the excavation depth of a foundation pit averagely reaches about 5 m. In the vast southern areas of China, a large amount of weak soil exists, and the sludge has high fluidity and is rich in water. The construction method comprises the following procedures of foundation pit excavation, foundation treatment, batching machine pool body cast-in-place construction, mixing mechanical foundation, mechanical hoisting and the like, and in the whole process, particularly, the pool body construction time is long, and the construction operation environment is poor, so that certain potential safety hazards exist. Meanwhile, in the construction of the early stage of the project, construction units require an urgent construction period, and the interior of the construction units requires to provide construction efficiency and accelerate the construction speed. Therefore, a construction method suitable for quickly building a mixing station on a soft foundation in the south is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a quick construction method of a sinking type concrete mixing station in a soft foundation environment, aiming at the technical problems of long construction time, low construction efficiency and poor construction safety existing in the existing in-situ excavation concrete pouring construction mixing station, particularly when the mixing station is constructed on a soft foundation in the southern area.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a quick construction method of a sinking type concrete mixing station in a soft foundation environment is used for quickly building the mixing station on a soft foundation and comprises the following steps:

s1, leveling a construction site according to the construction design;

s2, after the ground is leveled, performing powder tank foundation treatment and foundation construction, digging out a strip foundation pit, installing a protection assembly on the side wall of the foundation pit and pouring a strip foundation;

s3, after finishing powder tank foundation treatment and foundation construction, performing tank body construction of a proportioning machine, prefabricating tank body components, assembling and pouring;

s4, after the construction of the tank body of the proportioning machine is completed, the construction of the main machine foundation and the proportioning bin foundation is carried out, and the pouring construction is carried out by using the prefabricated upright column foundation;

and S5, after the construction of the main machine foundation and the proportioning bin foundation is completed, hoisting mechanical equipment for mixing concrete, and completing the construction of the mixing station.

Further, the field flattening in step S1 includes the steps of:

y1, determining the elevation of a discharge hole of the stirrer and the basic elevation of mechanical equipment according to the determined elevation of field hardening, and further determining the elevation of field leveling;

Further, before the strip-shaped foundation pit is dug in the step S2, a PHC pipe pile treatment foundation is required.

Further, the protection component in the step S2 includes pine piles and bamboo net pieces, the pine piles are vertically and evenly fixed at the edge of the strip-shaped foundation pit, the bamboo net pieces are installed on the pine piles, and the bamboo net pieces are matched with the edge of the strip-shaped foundation pit.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the construction speed is high. The prefabricated member can be synchronously constructed with foundation pit excavation and foundation treatment in the prefabricating process, the pouring construction time is saved, and meanwhile, the prefabricated member shortens the waiting time for the strength rise of the member when mechanical equipment is hoisted.

2. The construction is safer. The invention is quicker in the construction process, and has obvious safety because the long-time construction in the foundation pit is not needed, and the prefabricated member completely forms the operation space in the construction process, thereby providing a safe operation environment for the construction.

3. Saving the construction of the template. Compared with a cast-in-place concrete tank body in a foundation pit, a large number of templates are needed, the template surfaces are mainly vertical to the horizontal plane, and the templates need large supports and cross braces. The prefabricated member can be supported on an external common field, and only a small amount of side templates are needed.

4. The labor is saved. Because a large amount of prefabricated components are adopted, the construction can be uniform, compared with the traditional construction mode, the construction method saves a steel bar worker, a scaffold worker and a template worker, and saves manpower.

5. The working efficiency is high. Compared with the traditional cast-in-place construction, the invention has the advantages that the production is not influenced by the natural environment such as severe weather, the construction period is more controllable, the working procedures are more simplified, and the production efficiency is far higher than that of the conventional operation.

It is worth noting that the construction of the 2HZS180 type mixing station is carried out by using the method of the embodiment, the method can be applied to the construction of all mixing stations of the HZS type series, the speed is improved by more than 50% compared with the traditional construction method, and each device is stable in structure and high in safety after being hoisted and fixed.
