the third storage circuit receives the audio or video playing information signal through the information processing circuit, and calls corresponding audio or video information according to the audio or video playing information signal;

and the information processing circuit controls the audio or video information to be played according to the audio or video playing information signal.

acquiring identity information of a user through a user information acquisition circuit and generating an identity information signal;

Background

With the rapid development of automobile technology and communication technology, the functions of automobiles are becoming richer and richer, for example, automobiles can have a navigation function, an audio/video playing function, an advertisement playing function and the like, so as to improve the use experience of users.

At present, a passenger service system of a vehicle mainly provides an operation system for a driver, the driver can apply partial functions according to own preferences, and passengers are difficult to operate the passenger service system to obtain the functions wanted by the passengers.

Therefore, for the passenger service system of the existing vehicle, the passengers cannot obtain the functions wanted by themselves, and the riding experience of the passengers is not perfect.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle service system and a service method thereof, so that passengers can obtain functions wanted by themselves, and the riding experience of the passengers is improved.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle service system, including: the user information acquisition circuit acquires the identity information of a user and generates an identity information signal; the vehicle service information acquisition circuit is used for acquiring vehicle service information and generating a vehicle service information signal; and the information processing circuit is in communication connection with the user information acquisition circuit and the vehicle service information acquisition circuit, receives the identity information signal and the vehicle service information signal, and generates a response signal according to the identity information signal and the vehicle service information signal. Further, the communication connection is an electrical connection or a remote connection. Further, the system further comprises: a first storage circuit; the first storage circuit stores current environment information, identity information and historical adjustment information corresponding to the identity information. Further, the information processing circuit receives a historical adjustment information signal corresponding to the identity information sent by the first storage circuit, and generates a third response signal according to the third vehicle service information signal and the historical adjustment information signal; and the vehicle body equipment controller receives the third response signal and adjusts the vehicle body equipment of the vehicle according to the third response signal.

Optionally, the information processing circuit receives a current environment information signal corresponding to the current environment information sent by the first storage circuit, and generates a third response signal according to the identity information signal, the current environment information signal and the third vehicle service information signal; and the vehicle body equipment controller receives the third response signal and adjusts the vehicle body equipment of the vehicle according to the third response signal.

Optionally, the system further comprises: a height adjuster; the height adjuster is arranged on the height adjusting structure of the passenger seat; the height adjuster is in communication connection with the vehicle body equipment controller. Further, the vehicle body equipment controller receives the response signal and generates a height adjusting signal according to the response signal; the height adjuster adjusts the height of the passenger seat in accordance with the height adjustment signal.

Optionally, the system further comprises: a second storage circuit; the second storage circuit is in communication connection with the information processing circuit, and the vehicle service information acquisition circuit receives vehicle body data query information and generates a vehicle body data query information signal; the information processing circuit receives the vehicle body data query information signal and the identity information signal and sends the vehicle body data query information signal and the identity information signal to the second storage circuit; the second storage circuit inquires the information signal and the identity information signal according to the vehicle body data and sends the vehicle body data to the vehicle service information acquisition circuit through the information processing circuit.

Optionally, the system further comprises: a third storage circuit; the third storage circuit is communicatively coupled to the information processing circuit. Optionally, the vehicle service information acquisition circuit receives video playing information and generates a video playing information signal; the third storage circuit receives the video playing information signal through the information processing circuit and calls corresponding video information according to the video playing information signal; the information processing circuit controls the playing of the video information according to the video playing information signal.

Optionally, the third storage circuit is disposed on the vehicle; the information processing circuit arranged on the vehicle is electrically connected with the third storage circuit.

Optionally, the third storage circuit is disposed on the cloud or an external device or the cloud; and the information processing circuit arranged on the vehicle is connected with the far end of the third storage circuit. Further, the external device includes: at least one of a terminal and a flash drive.

Optionally, the system further comprises: the display screen and the display screen driving circuit; the display screen driving circuit acquires touch operation input by a user and controls the display screen to display according to the touch operation. Further, the display screen is provided on a front dashboard of the vehicle or behind a backrest of a front seat of the vehicle.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle service method, where the method includes: acquiring identity information of a user through a user information acquisition circuit and generating an identity information signal; acquiring vehicle service information and generating a vehicle service information signal via a vehicle service information acquisition circuit; and receiving the identity information signal and the vehicle service information signal through the information processing circuit, and generating a response signal according to the identity information signal and the vehicle service information signal, wherein the information processing circuit is in communication connection with the user information acquisition circuit and the vehicle service information acquisition circuit. Further, the information processing circuit judges that the user is a VIP or a visitor according to the identity information contained in the identity information signal; if the user is the VIP, storing the identity information to the cloud, and generating a VIP response signal according to the identity information signal and the vehicle service information signal; if the user is a visitor, initializing the identity information, and generating a visitor response signal according to the identity information signal and the vehicle service information signal. Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving audio playing information via a vehicle service information acquisition circuit and generating an audio playing information signal; receiving the audio playing information signal through the information processing circuit, and sending the audio playing information signal to the third storage circuit; and sending the audio information to the vehicle service information acquisition circuit through the information processing circuit according to the audio playing information signal through the third storage circuit.

Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving video playing information through a vehicle service information acquisition circuit and generating a video playing information signal; receiving the video playing information signal through the information processing circuit, and sending the video playing information signal to the third storage circuit; and sending the video information to the vehicle service information acquisition circuit through the information processing circuit according to the video playing information signal through the third storage circuit.

Optionally, the third storage circuit is disposed on the vehicle, the external device, or the cloud; wherein, the external device includes: at least one of a terminal and a USB flash disk.

Optionally, if the information processing circuit judges that the user is the VIP according to the identity information, a first office response is generated according to the vehicle service information signal; if the information processing circuit judges that the user is a visitor and the visitor registers information according to the identity information, a second office response is generated according to the vehicle service information signal; and if the information processing circuit judges that the user is the visitor according to the identity information and the visitor does not register information, generating a third office response according to the vehicle service information signal.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle service system can collect the identity information of the user and any vehicle service information sent by the user, the identity information signal corresponding to the identity information and the vehicle service information signal corresponding to the vehicle service information are read through the information processing circuit, and the response signal is generated according to the identity information signal and the vehicle service information signal so as to respond to the vehicle service information sent by the passenger.
