The cutting part 8 comprises a first rack 81 and a second rack 82, the second rack 82 is arranged in a groove formed in the first rack 81, and sawteeth of the second rack 82 are overlapped with sawteeth of the first rack 81; two ends of the first rack 81 are provided with a first connecting lug 811, the first connecting lug 811 is provided with a strip-shaped hole sleeved on the cone 921, two ends of the second rack 82 are provided with a second connecting lug 821, and the second connecting lug 821 is provided with a strip-shaped hole sleeved on the other cone 921.

A limiting block 16 and a top seat 17 are installed at a port of the installation seat 15, and the limiting block 16 and the top seat 17 are fixed on the upper side and the lower side of the first rack 81 or the second rack 82.

The second rack 82 is arranged in a groove formed in the first rack 81, so that the sawteeth of the second rack 82 are overlapped with the sawteeth of the first rack 81, when the first rack 81 and the second rack 82 move relatively, the cutting effect on weeds is improved, in addition, the thrust of the first rack 81 or the second rack 82 moving to one side is changed by changing the thrust on the mower, and the cutting force is improved, so that weeds with thick diameters can be cut conveniently; in addition, the first rack 81 and the second rack 82 are both arranged on the elastic rod on the second roller 2, so that the first rack 81 or the second rack 82 is in a tensioned state.
