The gravity member 4 is used to apply a force to the cover plate 3 so that the separation frame 2 is submerged in the marinating liquid to facilitate marinating of eggs held in the separation frame 2.

A limiting piece 32 for limiting the relative position between the gravity piece 4 and the covering plate 3 is arranged in the middle of the covering plate 3, the limiting piece 32 is an annular member, and the limiting piece 32 can be fixed on the covering plate 3 in an integrally-formed manner. When the gravity piece 4 is installed on the cover plate 3, the limiting piece 32 can be used as a reference, and the gravity piece 4 can be installed at the limiting piece 32 quickly and accurately.

The application principle of a poultry egg pickling device does: placing a proper amount of pickling liquid in a pickling tank 1, placing eggs to be pickled in a separation frame 2, stacking the separation frame 2 containing the eggs in the pickling tank 1, covering a cover plate 3 on the separation frame 2 at the topmost part, installing a gravity piece 4 at a position of a limiting piece 32, and immersing the separation frame 2 containing the eggs in the pickling liquid under the action of the gravity piece 4 to pickle; after the salted eggs are salted, the gravity piece 4 and the cover plate 3 are taken out, and the separation frame 2 is taken out by holding the hand hole 22 of the separation frame 2. When the salted eggs are taken out, compared with the traditional operation mode, the possibility that the eggs are collided and damaged is reduced, and the production quality of products is improved.
