In order to meet the requirements of customers, an online channel usually provides message reminding service, when a customer submits a transaction from the online channel, the customer is informed of the final state of the transaction by means of short messages, page messages and mails after the transaction is finished, but the informing manner has certain limitation, and the customer can only receive the message for initiating the transaction from a single channel and cannot receive the notice for initiating the transaction from other channels.

Based on this, the method and apparatus for pushing a full channel notification provided in the embodiments of the present invention use technical flows of message pushing, transaction query, and the like, a product system pushes all transactions occurring in a full channel to a certain channel system, after the system receives a message, the system identifies and determines whether the transaction is initiated by the channel and whether the transaction client and the transaction account are signed by the channel through certain keywords (such as a transaction account number, a transaction client, a transaction result, transaction key information, and the like), and obtains different message template sending information according to different situations of the transaction. I.e., the customer may receive a message notification of the transactions that the customer has conducted across the channels.

To facilitate understanding of the embodiment, a detailed description will be first given of a full channel notification pushing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a full channel notification pushing method, referring to a flowchart of the full channel notification pushing method shown in fig. 1, where the method includes the following steps:

step S102, transaction information is obtained.

In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to the data processing flow diagram shown in fig. 2, after a transaction is generated in the product system, the product system pushes the transaction to the server system. The method can be executed in a service system, and transaction information is obtained by analyzing information sent by a transaction system.

And step S104, determining the initiating channel information according to the transaction information.

In the embodiment of the invention, the transaction information comprises a plurality of specific data related to the transaction, and the information of the initiation channel of the transaction is judged according to the data.

It should be noted that the initiating channel of the transaction may include one or more of the following channels: an online banking channel, a WeChat channel, a cell phone banking channel, a counter channel, a pos machine channel, an intelligent counter channel, and a telephone channel.

And step S106, generating a full-channel notification push message according to the originating channel information.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the initiating channel information is determined, the push messages of the channel and other channels are generated based on the initiating channel information.

And step S108, sending the full channel notification push message to the front end.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a full channel notification push message is sent to the head-end, so that the head-end sends the full channel notification push message to the customer.

The embodiment of the invention provides a full-channel notification pushing scheme, which comprises the following steps: acquiring transaction information; determining initiation channel information according to the transaction information; generating a full channel notification push message according to the originating channel information; and sending the full-channel notification push message to the front end. According to the embodiment of the invention, the initiating channel information of the transaction information is obtained based on the transaction information analysis, the notification push information of other channels is generated based on the initiating channel information, and the full-channel notification push information is sent to the front end, so that a customer can receive the message prompt of transaction occurrence of all channels at a certain channel end, the customer experience is improved, and the occurrence of misoperation of the customer is reduced.

In one embodiment, the transaction information includes at least: account information, customer information, and transaction keyword information; determining the initiating channel information according to the transaction information can be performed according to the following steps: and determining the initiating channel information of the transaction information according to the account information, the customer information and the transaction keyword information.

In an embodiment of the invention, the transaction information comprises at least: one or more of account information, customer information and transaction keyword information.

In one embodiment, generating a full channel notification push message based on the originating channel information may be performed as follows:

if the transaction information is initiated by the target channel, generating a full-channel notification push message according to all the information of the account information, the customer information and the transaction keyword information; and if the transaction information is not initiated by the target channel, generating a full-channel notification push message according to the target information in the account information, the customer information and the transaction keyword information.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the target channel may be a current channel, that is, a channel currently processed by the server. If the transaction is initiated by the current channel, the server-side system pushes the message to the front-end system, the front-end system pushes the message to the client, and the message content contains all transaction information. If the transaction information is not initiated by the current channel, a full-channel notification push message can be generated according to target information in the account information, the customer information and the transaction keyword information.

In one embodiment, generating a full channel notification push message according to target information in the account information, the customer information and the transaction keyword information may be performed according to the following steps:

acquiring signing data according to the account information and the customer information; determining target information in the account information, the customer information and the transaction keyword information according to the subscription data; and generating a full-channel notification push message according to the target information.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the subscription data is data for describing a binding relationship between a customer or an account and a channel. And judging how to generate the full-channel notification push message according to the binding relationship between the customer or the account and the channel.

For example, if the transaction is not initiated by the current channel, but the client or account initiating the transaction has signed up on the current channel, the server system also pushes a message to the front-end system, the front-end system pushes the message to the client, and the message content contains simple transaction information; if the transaction is not initiated by the current channel and the customer or account initiating the transaction is not signed up in the channel, no information is sent.

The following describes the implementation of the method in a specific embodiment.

In the traditional business process, the message sent by the channel is only the transaction initiated by the channel end, and the full-channel message cannot be sent, so the method solves the problem, and comprises the following steps:

1. the channel end receives full-channel transaction information pushed by the product system;

2. judging whether the channel initiates the transaction according to account information, customer information, transaction information and the like of the transaction;

3. if the transaction is initiated by the channel, sending a message to the client, wherein the message content comprises all transaction information;

4. if the transaction is not initiated by the channel, but the customer or the account initiating the transaction is signed up in the channel, a message is also sent to the customer, and the message content comprises simple transaction information;

5. if the transaction is not initiated by the channel and the customer or account initiating the transaction is not signed up in the channel, no information is sent.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the message pushed by the product system needs to be received and analyzed, whether the transaction is initiated by the current channel is determined according to the account information, the customer information, the transaction keyword, and the like in the transaction, and different messages are sent to the customer according to different situations. The important part is that the transactions which are generated through the channel are analyzed from the messages pushed by the product system, and the transactions which are not generated through the channel but are signed by the customer are analyzed.
