Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic-grade pearlescent pigment surface treatment, in particular to a waterproof silicone oil diluent for pearlescent pigment, a silicification treatment agent for pearlescent pigment using the waterproof silicone oil diluent and a silicification method thereof, and the pearlescent pigment obtained by the silicification treatment agent.

Background

Pearlescent pigments are currently used in a large number of cosmetics, for example: lipstick, foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow, eyebrow pencil, nail polish, etc. When the pearlescent pigment is applied to cosmetics, waterproof and water repellent treatment is needed, and the waterproof and water repellent treatment has the effects of preventing the pearlescent pigment from fading easily under water washing, improving the adhesive force of the pearlescent pigment on the surface of skin, preventing the pearlescent pigment from absorbing moisture to cause excessive mildew in the transportation process, improving the compatibility of the pearlescent pigment and facilitating the dispersion of the pearlescent pigment in the cosmetics such as nail polish, eye liner liquid and the like.

The principle of silicification treatment of pearl pigment is that a thin organic silicon oil layer is formed on the surface of pearl pigment, but said organic silicon oil layer can not be directly sprayed by adopting organic silicon oil, but the organic silicon oil is dissolved in a volatile silicon oil diluent to form dilute solution of organic silicon oil, then said solution is sprayed on the surface of pearl pigment, the pearl pigment is stained with a layer of spraying liquor, dried for a period of time, after the silicon oil diluent in the spraying liquor is volatilized, a thin layer of organic silicon oil is remained on the surface of pearl pigment, said organic silicon oil layer is not simply physically adsorbed, but condensed with hydroxyl group on the surface of pearl pigment or self-dewatered and polymerized so as to form the water-proofing surface.

The invention discloses an invention patent with the patent number of CN201910673471.1 and the patent name of 'an environment-friendly medical silicone oil diluent and a siliconizing agent thereof', which discloses an environment-friendly medical silicone oil diluent and a siliconizing agent thereof, wherein the silicone oil diluent is prepared by compounding the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of decafluoropentane, 15-25 parts of pentafluorobutane, 10-20 parts of heptafluorocyclopentane, 20-30 parts of hexamethyldisiloxane and 10-20 parts of heptamethyltrisiloxane. The environment-friendly medical silicone oil diluent disclosed by the patent embodiment has good solubility and dilution performance, and has wide compatibility with medical silicone oil used in the medical industry; the volatilization is fast, the volatile oil can be completely volatilized, and no residue is left; is environmentally friendly and has zero ozone depletion potential.

The invention patent also relates to the application of silicone oil and diluent thereof, but the siliconizing agent of the invention patent is used for improving the lubricity of the surface of the medical appliance, but not for improving the water resistance; meanwhile, the thinner used in the patent has a certain anesthetic effect, and the silicone oil used does not chemically react with the surface of the substrate, and is not suitable for being used as a siliconizing agent of pearlescent pigment.

Because of the application in cosmetics, the silicone oil and its diluent used must be harmless and nontoxic to human body. Most of the conventional monohydric alcohols have some toxicity. Although ethanol is used as a common diluent, in high-end cosmetics, if ethanol is used as a diluent, the cosmetics contain residual ethanol, and the requirement of the high-end cosmetics on zero alcohol content cannot be met. Meanwhile, because the pearlescent pigment is powder, the silicification treatment agent is generally attached by adopting a spraying mode, and the common silicone oil diluent, namely the polyol, has higher viscosity due to the action of hydrogen bonds, so that the nozzle is easily blocked, and the atomization of the silicification treatment agent is not facilitated. The conventional silicone oil diluent has low boiling point and low ignition point, is flammable and explosive, has strong irritation and large smell, and is not beneficial to the occupational health of operators after long-term contact.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a silicone oil diluent and a siliconizing agent which have moderate viscosity and are suitable for use in advanced cosmetics.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a silicone oil thinner which has moderate viscosity and is suitable for high-grade cosmetics, a silicification treating agent for pearlescent pigment containing the silicone oil thinner and a silicification method thereof.

The invention provides a waterproof silicone oil diluent for pearlescent pigments, which comprises one or more than two of the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 20-30 parts of methyl propylene glycol and 10-20 parts of 1, 3-butanediol.

The alcohol solvent selected by the silicone oil diluent disclosed by the invention contains more than two hydroxyl groups, and meanwhile, a side end methyl group is introduced on the basis of the polyhydric alcohol, so that the steric hindrance between two adjacent hydroxyl groups is increased after the side end methyl group is introduced, the formation of hydrogen bonds is reduced, the viscosity of the polyhydric alcohol is reduced, and the problem of high viscosity of the polyhydric alcohol is effectively solved; meanwhile, the selected polyhydric alcohol has moderate boiling point and no toxicity, avoids the danger of flammability and explosiveness caused by low boiling point when monohydric alcohol is adopted in the prior art, and ensures that the silicification treating agent diluted by the diluent is suitable for being used in high-grade cosmetics. In addition, the alcohol solvent selected by the invention has no irritation to human bodies, and does not generate anaphylactic reaction after long-term use, thereby avoiding the problems of red swelling, dryness, itching and the like caused by long-term contact of skin due to the fact that alcohol is used as a common cosmetic solvent.

Preferably, the silicone oil diluent comprises one or more of the following components in parts by weight: 16 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 25 parts of methyl propylene glycol and 15 parts of 1, 3-butanediol.

The invention also discloses a silicification treating agent for the pearlescent pigment, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

85-97 parts of silicone oil diluent;

3-15 parts of waterproof silicone oil;

the waterproof silicone oil is: octyl triethoxysilane, polymethyl triethoxysilane, and/or propyl trimethoxysilane.

The silicification treatment agent is obtained by diluting waterproof silicone oil with the silicone oil diluent, and the waterproof silicone oil can be bonded with the surface of the pearlescent pigment, so that the waterproof and weather-resistant performances and the durability are good. Among them, octyl triethoxysilane is preferable, and because octyl molecule chain length in octyl triethoxysilane is good, flexibility is good, and human skin feel is smoother.

Further, the silicone oil diluent comprises one or more than two of the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 20-30 parts of methyl propylene glycol and 10-20 parts of 1, 3-butanediol.

Preferably, the silicone oil diluent comprises one or more of the following components in parts by weight: 16 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 25 parts of methyl propylene glycol and 15 parts of 1, 3-butanediol.

The invention also discloses a silicification method of the silicification treating agent for the pearlescent pigment, and the silicification method comprises the following steps: and (2) atomizing and spraying the silicification treatment agent on the surface of the pearlescent pigment under stirring, wherein the spraying amount of the silicification treatment agent is 2-3% of the weight of the pearlescent pigment, and drying the pearlescent pigment after uniform stirring to obtain the pearlescent pigment with the waterproof effect.

When the amount of the siliconizing agent sprayed during the spraying is too large, the pearlescent pigments are likely to be bonded to each other, and when the amount of the siliconizing agent sprayed is too small, the pearlescent pigments have a decreased water resistance. Through a large number of experiments, the invention discovers that when the spraying amount of the silicification treating agent is 2-3% of the weight of the pearlescent pigment, the bonding between the pearlescent pigments can be avoided, and the water resistance of the pearlescent pigment can be ensured.

Further, the step of spraying the silicification treatment agent on the surface of the pearlescent pigment in an atomizing manner specifically comprises the following steps: and (3) atomizing and spraying the silicification treatment agent on the surface of the pearlescent pigment for a plurality of times, wherein the spraying times are more than 30 times, stirring and mixing the pearlescent pigment for more than 10 seconds after each spraying, and then continuing to spray. Because the pearlescent pigments are powder, the pearlescent pigments need to be sprayed under stirring, a small amount of the pearlescent pigments need to be sprayed for multiple times, and the pearlescent pigments need to be continuously stirred in a spraying process and after each spraying process, so that the silicification treatment agent is uniformly attached to the surfaces of the pearlescent pigments.

Further, the drying operation is: drying at 80-85 deg.C for 10-13 h.

The invention also discloses a pearlescent pigment, which is prepared by the silicification method.

In addition, the silicification treatment agent has excellent silicification performance, the pearlescent pigment after silicification treatment has good waterproof and water-repellent performance, the pearlescent pigment sprayed with the silicification treatment agent can float on the surface of a water body for a long time without sinking, and the silicification process and equipment are simple, so that the industrial production is easy to realize.

Example 1
