本技术方案的工作原理为：当脚垫受到踩踏时，中空橡胶垫1受压变形，中空橡胶垫1的内压大于外压，第一碟型胶片6受到向上的压力封堵吸尘口5，第二碟型胶片8受到向外的压力打开泄压孔7泄压；当脚垫失去踩踏时，弹性金属网2支撑中空橡胶垫1恢复形变，中空橡胶垫1的内压小于外压，第一碟型胶片6受到向下的压力大口吸尘口5，第二碟型胶片8收到向内的压力封堵泄压孔7，富集于集尘槽4内的灰尘随气流进入中空橡胶垫1内部。
