An anodic oxide film scratch repair liquid, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of aluminum oxide, 15 parts of water, 10 parts of a lubricant, 1 part of polyether modified polysiloxane, 7 parts of petroleum essence, 4 parts of poly-p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.5 part of zinc pyrithione, 1 part of ethylene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer and 0.5 part of pentaerythritol triacrylate; the lubricant comprises 4 parts of vegetable wax, 5 parts of synthetic wax and 1 part of petroleum wax, wherein the vegetable wax is rice bran wax, and the synthetic wax comprises 1 part of polyethylene wax and 4 parts of hexafluoropropylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax.

Example 2

An anodic oxide film scratch repair liquid, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:

25 parts of aluminum oxide, 30 parts of water, 20 parts of a lubricant, 3 parts of polyether modified polysiloxane, 10 parts of petroleum essence, 6 parts of poly-p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.8 part of zinc pyrithione, 2 parts of ethylene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer and 0.7 part of pentaerythritol triacrylate; the lubricant comprises 8 parts of jojoba oil, 10 parts of synthetic wax and 2 parts of petroleum wax, wherein the synthetic wax comprises 3 parts of polyethylene wax and 7 parts of hexafluoropropylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax.

Example 3

An anodic oxide film scratch repair liquid, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:

40 parts of aluminum oxide, 40 parts of ethanol, 30 parts of a lubricant, 5 parts of polyether modified polysiloxane, 13 parts of petroleum essence, 8 parts of poly-p-hydroxybenzoate, 1 part of zinc pyrithione, 3 parts of ethylene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer and 1 part of pentaerythritol triacrylate; the lubricant comprises 10 parts of wood wax, 15 parts of synthetic wax and 5 parts of petroleum wax, wherein the synthetic wax comprises 5 parts of polyethylene wax and 10 parts of hexafluoropropylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax.

Comparative example 1

25 parts of aluminum oxide, 30 parts of water, 20 parts of a lubricant, 3 parts of polyether modified polysiloxane, 10 parts of petroleum essence, 6 parts of poly-p-hydroxybenzoate, 2 parts of ethylene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer and 0.7 part of pentaerythritol triacrylate; the lubricant comprises 8 parts of jojoba oil, 10 parts of synthetic wax and 2 parts of petroleum wax, wherein the synthetic wax comprises 3 parts of polyethylene wax and 7 parts of hexafluoropropylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax.

Comparative example 5

An anodic oxide film scratch repair liquid, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of aluminum oxide, 40 parts of ethanol, 30 parts of a lubricant, 5 parts of polyether modified polysiloxane, 13 parts of petroleum essence, 8 parts of poly-p-hydroxybenzoate, 1 part of zinc pyrithione and 1 part of pentaerythritol triacrylate; the lubricant comprises 10 parts of wood wax, 15 parts of synthetic wax and 5 parts of petroleum wax, wherein the synthetic wax comprises 5 parts of polyethylene wax and 10 parts of hexafluoropropylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax.

Comparative example 6

An anodic oxide film scratch repair liquid, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of aluminum oxide, 40 parts of ethanol, 30 parts of a lubricant, 13 parts of petroleum spirit, 8 parts of poly-p-hydroxybenzoate, 1 part of zinc pyrithione, 3 parts of ethylene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer and 1 part of pentaerythritol triacrylate; the lubricant comprises 10 parts of wood wax, 15 parts of synthetic wax and 5 parts of petroleum wax, wherein the synthetic wax comprises 5 parts of polyethylene wax and 10 parts of hexafluoropropylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax.

Repairing scratch test: preparing a scraped notebook shell with the thickness of 120mm multiplied by 50mm, uniformly coating the repair liquid obtained in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-6 on the IPAD shell by using a sponge wheel, uniformly and anticlockwise rubbing by using a wool wheel to fully fill three injured parts (scratch, bruise and crush) with the abrasive, cleaning the surface by using a solution with the alcohol proportion of 70%, removing the redundant abrasive, and drying. The repairing effect of 100 testers is evaluated, and the classification is 4: level 1: the repairing effect is very good, and the color is bright as new; and 2, stage: the repairing effect is good, the color is slightly dull and is close to that of the surrounding materials; and 3, level: the repairing effect is general, the color is dark and not bright, and the color is contrasted with the color of the surrounding materials; 4, level: the repair is poor and the color is very dull and strongly contrasted with the color of the surrounding material. And finally, taking the mode of the rating results of 100 testers. The 100 testers then evaluated the repair of the painted panel after 60 days and finally the mode of the rating results of the 100 testers was taken.

Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are diagrams of the effects of the anodic oxide film scratch repair liquid before and after repair in examples 1 and 2 of the present invention, respectively, and it can be seen from the diagrams that the anodic oxide film scratch repair liquid of the present invention has an obvious effect of repairing three scratches and color difference.
