The outer spraying device is arranged on a cutting arm of the development machine and used for catching and dedusting flying coal dust. Due to poor water quality and insufficient water pressure of a working surface, a nozzle of the spraying device of the unit is easy to block, and the dust removal effect is seriously weakened.

The air duct 4 comprises a duct shell 41, a dustproof motor 42, a speed reducer 43 and a rotary vane 44, wherein the duct shell 41 is cylindrical, the duct shell 41 is fixedly connected to the top end of the air duct 1, the length direction of the duct shell 41 and the length direction of the top of the air duct 1 form an acute angle, and the outer diameter of the duct shell 41 is larger than that of the air duct 1, so that the duct shell 41 can fix the speed reducer 43 and the dustproof motor 42 and can ensure that a large air volume is output to maintain normal flow of air in the air duct 1. Dustproof motor 42 links firmly outside barrel casing 41, reduction gear 43 links firmly in barrel casing 41, dustproof motor 42 output rotates with reduction gear 43 input and is connected, vane 44 rotates and connects at reduction gear 43 output, drive through dustproof motor 42 makes vane 44 rotatory so that air flow in the trachea 1, the buggy that can fly to raise blows downwards and reduces the raise dust and produces, can utilize filter box 2 to collect the buggy again, compare current only mode that relies on water spray dust fall, the waste of water resource has been reduced promptly, improve the utilization ratio of raise dust buggy again, cover the circumstances of falling to the ground back and silt mixing and producing waste by the reduction.
