As shown in fig. 1, a PLC controller 6 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base plate 1, the electric control ends of the first motor 22, the second motor 32, the vibration motor 43 and the heating pipe 51 are electrically connected to the control output end of the PLC controller 6, and the first motor 22, the second motor 32, the vibration motor 43 and the heating pipe 51 are controlled by the arrangement of the PLC controller 6;

as shown in fig. 1, a first observation window 7 is fixedly installed on the outside of the agitator tank 21, a second observation window 8 is fixedly connected on the outside of the housing 31, the first observation window 7 facilitates observation of the internal conditions in the agitator tank 21, and the second observation window 8 facilitates observation of the internal conditions in the housing 31.

As shown in fig. 1, a supporting plate 9 is fixedly connected between the bottom plate 1 and the stirring tank 21, and the supporting plate 9 is arranged to support the stirring tank 21.

According to the technical scheme, the working steps of the scheme are summarized and carded:

firstly, liquid raw materials are added into a stirring tank 21 through a first feeding hopper 26, then a first cover plate 27 is covered, a first motor 22 is started to drive a first stirring blade 24 through a first stirring shaft 23 to stir materials in the stirring tank 21, meanwhile, the materials in the stirring tank 21 are heated through a heating pipe 51, a temperature sensor 52 monitors the temperature of the materials, a PLC (programmable logic controller) 6 is matched to control the heating pipe 51, the heating temperature of the materials is controlled within a specified temperature, powdery materials are added into a shell 31 through a second feeding hopper 36, then a second cover plate 37 is covered, a second motor 32 is started, the second motor 32 drives a second stirring blade 34 through a second stirring shaft 33 to carry out mixing on the materials, after mixing, an electromagnetic valve 39 is opened, the materials are discharged through a second discharging pipe 38, the materials fall on a screen plate 44, and a vibration motor 43 is started, vibrating motor 43 drives the vibration of framework 41, and cooperation spring 42 improves the vibration effect to framework 41 to drive otter board 44 and vibrate and break up, the material sees through otter board 44 and falls in agitator tank 21, makes the even feed liquid with in the agitator tank 21 of material mix, glues the stick and mixes the back, opens valve 29, and the material of agitator tank 21 is discharged through first row material pipe 28, arranges the material to the container in, makes jelly after the cooling.

To sum up: when the jelly raw material mixing device is used, the liquid raw material and the powdery raw material are separately mixed, and then the mixed powdery raw material is uniformly sprayed into the liquid material, so that the mixing effect of the raw materials is improved, the condition that the raw materials are not uniformly mixed in the jelly raw material is avoided, the quality and the taste of the jelly are improved, the mixing time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.

The parts not involved in the present invention are the same as or can be implemented by the prior art. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
