A retractable service platform arrangement as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said service platform arrangement further comprises handrails (20) and handrail reinforcing plates (21) fixed to said gantry (40), said handrail reinforcing plates (21) being arranged on the back of the gantry (40).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a flight simulator projector installation technology, in particular to the technical field of retractable maintenance of a flight simulator projector.

Background

In the flight simulator, because the installation platform of the projector of the flight simulator has a certain height relative to the inner floor of the simulator, in order to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the projector by maintenance personnel, special devices are needed to assist the personnel to get on and off the installation platform of the projector. At present, the bottom surface of a maintenance platform is flush with the inlet surface of a projector installation platform of a simulator, a maintenance worker rotates the maintenance platform around one side of the maintenance platform through a pull rod with a hook to open the maintenance platform, and then takes out an extension ladder fixed on the maintenance platform, so that the personnel can go up and down. When the maintenance platform is folded, the pull rod is utilized to push the maintenance platform upwards. This construction is cumbersome and laborious since it requires the handling by means of the draw bar, and this disadvantage results in a design which minimizes the placing of auxiliary objects thereon in order to minimize the weight of the service platform. And the pull rod and the maintenance platform are divided into two parts, so that the pull rod is easy to lose.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to design a maintenance platform device which is convenient to operate and can be used for placing auxiliary articles. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a retractable maintenance platform device, including: a fixing unit, a supporting unit, a clamping unit and an extension ladder unit, wherein,

the fixing unit comprises a fixing frame fixed on the portal frame;

the supporting unit comprises a shell, a supporting frame is arranged on the shell and is rotationally connected with the fixed frame, an electronic lock mechanism is arranged between the fixed frame and the supporting frame, and an electronic lock component is driven to be cut off to enable the fixed frame and the supporting frame to be in an open or locked state;

the extension ladder unit comprises an extension ladder, and one end of the extension ladder is rotatably connected with the fixed frame or the portal frame;

The button (13) passes through a mounting hole on the shell (5) and is screwed by a screw on the button. The vent (11) penetrates through a hole in the shell (5) to be in screw connection with the vent jacket (12), a rubber gasket (29) is pasted between the vent jacket (12) and the shell (5), the vent jacket (12) and the vent (11) are fixed on the shell (5) by utilizing friction force generated by compression of the rubber gasket (29), the specific connection structure of the vent (11) is shown in figure 5, and the vent is used for facilitating sound transmission of a subsequently installed sound device (44) and triggering the smoke sensor (42) through the vent when fire occurs. The shell (5) is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics. The outer surface of the shell (5) is provided with a groove, the illuminating lamp (6), the handle (8) and the button (13) are sunk into the groove, meanwhile, the mounting threaded hole of the handle (8) is used as a fixed point to connect the support frame (3) with the shell (5), the handle (8) and the support frame (3) are mounted in the groove of the shell (5) through the screw and the nut, the illuminating lamp (6) is mounted in the groove, the illuminating lamp (6) covers the screw and the nut, the lower surface of the maintenance platform is guaranteed to be a plane and free of screws, and the nut is exposed.

And in the third part, the clamp unit is a set of clamps (9), the specific structure of which is shown in figure 2 and mainly comprises a clamping plate (25), a clamping head (27), a spring (23), a quick release (24) and a rubber paste (26). The quick-release clamp (24) sequentially penetrates through the clamping plate (25), the spring (23), the nut (22), the clamping head (27) and the hand-screwed nut (28), the clamping head (27) is fixed on the quick-release clamp (24) of the eccentric structure through the nut (22) and the hand-screwed nut (28), then the rubber paste (26) is pasted on the clamping surface of the clamping plate (25) and the clamping head (27), and the clamping and loosening of the clamp (9) are realized by shifting the quick-release clamp (24) and utilizing the eccentric structure of the quick-release clamp. The clamp (9) is rotationally connected with a clamp mounting plate (10) fixed on the support frame (3) through a hinge; the rubber paste (26) is adhered to the clamping surfaces of the clamping plate (25) and the clamping head (27) through self-contained back glue. The clamping plate (25) is fixed on the hinge through a screw, and the other end of the hinge is fixed on the clamp mounting plate (10) through a screw.

And in the fourth part, the extension ladder unit mainly comprises an extension ladder (17), an extension ladder rotating head (18) and a tension gas spring (7). The extension ladder rotating head (18) is inserted into the vertical pipe of the extension ladder (17) and then the two pieces are fixed by screws and nuts from the side surface. The shaft position screw (30) penetrates through the deep groove ball bearing (31) of the inner holes of the extension ladder rotating head (18) and the extension ladder fixing head (19) to enable the extension ladder (17) to rotate around the extension ladder fixing head (19), and the specific connection structure is shown in figure 6. Auxiliary articles such as a sound (44), a temperature and humidity sensor (41), a smoke sensor (42), an audible and visual alarm (43) and the like can be installed at proper positions on the maintenance platform as required, and the auxiliary articles are shown in fig. 4.

The invention has the following steps:

after the handle (8) is held by two hands, the thumb of the right hand presses the button (13), the electronic lock (15) is opened, and the shell (5) is held by hands to rotate and put down. Because the rotation center of the extension ladder (17) is not coincident with the rotation center of the maintenance platform support frame (3), the support frame (3) generates relative motion with the extension ladder (17) when rotating. In order to ensure that the support frame (3) rotates smoothly, the clamp (9) is rotationally connected with the support frame (3), and the clamp (9), the extension ladder (17), the support frame (3) and the fixing frame (2) form a group of crank block mechanisms, and the principle of the crank block mechanisms is shown in figure 4.

After the maintenance platform is put down, the quick release (24) of the clamp (9) is opened, the distance between the clamping plate (25) and the clamping head (27) is increased under the action of spring force, and therefore the cross beam of the extension ladder (17) is loosened. The extension ladder (17) is pushed upwards, then rotates outwards and is pulled down to the ground. The retraction operation is the reverse of the drop.

Finally, the support frame (3) and the fixing piece on the support frame can rotate relative to the fixing frame (2) around the hinge shaft, the clamp (9) can rotate relative to the support frame (3) around the hinge shaft, the extension ladder (17) can rotate relative to the fixing frame around the axis of the inner hole of the extension ladder fixing head (19), and the fixing frame (2) is fixed on the portal frame (40). The effect of the service platform in final use is shown in figure 7.

The invention has simple structure, safety, reliability and convenient operation. Through fixing the rotary connection point of the extension ladder (17) on the fixed frame (2) instead of the support frame (3), the requirement on the total height of the extension ladder is met, and the height of a maintenance platform handle (8) is effectively reduced. The maintenance platform can be directly operated by hands by maintenance personnel without the help of a pull rod. More auxiliary items can thus be integrated on the service platform without fear of being too heavy to cause operational difficulties. Anchor clamps (9) pass through hinge swivelling joint with support frame (3), guarantee that electronic lock (15) open back maintenance platform soon and rotate smoothly. The illuminating lamp (6), the handle (8) and the button (13) are sunk into the shell (5), and simultaneously, the screw and the nut for connection are covered, so that the lower surface is a plane.
