The pulling chain 6 is a big chain matched with the big chain wheel 12; the pull chain 6 passes through the upper chain cover 22 and the lower chain cover 23 to be arranged on the double large chain wheels 12, and the pull chain 6 is connected into a ring by using the chain hanging device 7; for dragging the carrier trolley 4 to reciprocate.

The chain hanging device 7 comprises a chain hanging sleeve 18 and a chain hanging plate 19; the chain hanging sleeve 18 is a groove-shaped sleeve which is larger than the upper chain cover 22, and the notch of the groove-shaped sleeve is the cantilever opening 20 on the chain cover bracket; two ends of the hanging chain plate 19 are provided with a pulling chain shaft hole; the chain hanging plate 19 is welded in the middle of the inner wall below the chain hanging sleeve 18 to form the chain hanging device 7; the chain hanging device 7 is arranged below the transverse rib 17 of the chassis in the middle, so that the chain hanging sleeve 18 is sleeved outside the upper chain cover 22 and can move along with the carrier trolley 4, and the carrier trolley 4 is effectively prevented from deviating due to the middle installation; for connecting the pull chains 6 into a loop and hanging them on the carrier trolley 4.

The chain double cover 8 comprises a chain cover bracket 21 and a chain cover main body 24; the chain cover bracket 21 is an F-shaped double-layer cantilever bracket; a chain guard body 24 including an upper chain guard 22 and a lower chain guard 23; the upper chain cover 22 is an open square tube cover, and the opening of the upper chain cover 22 is a chain hanging plate moving opening 25; the lower chain cover 23 is a square pipe cover; the chain hanging plate moving opening 25 of the upper chain cover 22 faces downwards and is welded on an upper cantilever of the chain cover support 21, and the lower chain cover 23 is welded on a lower cantilever of the chain cover support 21 to form a chain double cover 8; the chain double cover 8 is arranged in the middle of the double trolley guide rail 5, so that the upper chain cover 22 is ensured to be aligned with the chain hanging device 7; the chain guard device is used for protecting the chain from dust and security.

The hand-held switch 9 is a combined switch for controlling the carrier trolley 4 to move back and forth, and comprises a start switch, a forward moving switch, a backward moving switch and a pause switch; the hand switch 9 is connected with a motor junction box; is used for controlling the starting and stopping, the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the speed reducing motor 1.

The equipment moving punching tool 26 for the long porous groove of the conveyor has the advantages of immobility of an overlong workpiece, moving punching of equipment, high production efficiency, compact overall structure, small occupied area and convenience in operation; the technical problems that a workpiece needs to be moved by multiple persons in the punching process of the porous long groove, the production efficiency is low, and a field with double length of the workpiece is occupied are solved, and the automation level of the punching of the porous long groove is improved; the product is modified and upgraded, and the efficiency is comprehensively improved.

Example 2

A movable punching machine, the equipment using the long porous trough of the conveyor provided by the invention moves the punching tool, 26 (the equipment moves the punching tool for short); the movable punching machine mainly comprises a punching machine tool 27, an equipment movable punching tool 26 and a punching part bracket 29; the punching machine tool 27 is a QA32-12 type punching machine and comprises a power system, a machine base, a machine body, a punching workbench, a punching die and a punch thereof; the long perforated groove 28 with more than 10 meters which is not moved on the punching part bracket 29 can be punched by moving the device.

The equipment moving punching tool 26 comprises a speed reducing motor 1, a gear set I2, a gear set II 3, a carrier trolley 4, a trolley guide rail 5, a trolley pulling chain 6, a chain hanging device 7, a chain double cover 8 and a hand-held switch 9; the carrier trolley 4 rides on the double-trolley guide rail 5 in four wheels, and the gear motor 1 can drive the carrier trolley 4 to reciprocate on the trolley guide rail 5 through the trolley pulling chain 6; for carrying the punch 27 and drawing the punch 27 to reciprocate thereon on the carriage rail 5.

Final assembly of the mobile punching machine: a punch of the punching machine 27 is arranged on the carrier trolley 4 of the equipment moving punching tool 26 forward (towards the workpiece) and can move back and forth along with the carrier trolley 4; a punching part bracket 29 is arranged beside the trolley guide rail 5, the left end of the bracket is positioned in front of the punching machine 27, a conveyor multi-hole long groove 28 (namely, a punching workpiece) is arranged at the workpiece positioning part of the punching part bracket 29, and a punch of the movable punching machine is aligned with each kidney-shaped punching hole 30; pressing the start key of the hand switch 9 starts punching.

The movable punching machine has the advantages that the fixed punching machine is improved into the movable punching machine through the equipment movable punching tool 26 additionally provided with the multi-hole long groove of the conveyor, so that the automation level and the production efficiency of the multi-hole long groove punching are improved, and the occupied area of the long groove punching is greatly reduced; the technical problem that people are eagerly to solve but can not obtain successful automatic compact punching of the porous long groove all the time is solved; the product is modified and upgraded, and the efficiency is comprehensively improved.
