The cooling device comprises four cooling roller sets which are sequentially arranged at the rear part of the pressing device at intervals, each cooling roller set comprises a lower cooling roller for supporting the microfiber leather and an upper cooling roller which is arranged above the lower cooling roller and used for cold-pressing a hot melt adhesive film, and a cooling channel for the microfiber leather and the hot melt adhesive film to pass through is formed between the upper cooling roller and the lower cooling roller; specifically, the temperature of the first cooling roller group is 70 ℃, the temperature of the second cooling roller group is 45 ℃, the temperature of the third cooling roller group is 20 ℃, and the temperature of the fourth cooling roller group is 10 ℃; further, the roll pressure of the upper cooling rolls of the first cooling roll group was 4kgf, the roll pressure of the upper cooling rolls of the second cooling roll group was 5kgf, the roll pressure of the upper cooling rolls of the third cooling roll group was 6kgf, and the roll pressure of the upper cooling rolls of the fourth cooling roll group was 6 kgf.

The microfiber leather with the hot melt adhesive film obtained by compounding the three embodiments and the microfiber leather directly compounded with other fabrics by a binder in the prior art are subjected to peel strength test to obtain the following data, which are specifically shown in table 1:

According to the table, the surface of the microfiber leather is compounded with a layer of hot melt adhesive film with the release paper to obtain a microfiber leather semi-finished product, and when the microfiber leather semi-finished product is compounded with other fabrics or substrates, the release paper is torn off, so that the microfiber leather semi-finished product can be directly compounded with other fabrics; the hot melt adhesive film and the microfiber leather are subjected to hot pressing and then cold pressing for cooling to complete compounding to obtain a semi-finished product; the melted glue solution is uniformly spread on the microfiber leather in a sectional pressurizing and heating mode, so that the glue solution can be efficiently permeated; the cold pressing and cooling also adopts a sectional pressurizing mode so as to ensure that the microfiber leather does not rebound, and simultaneously, the microfiber leather is matched with glue solution to accelerate the fixing speed, reduce the curing shrinkage rate of the microfiber leather, ensure the stable lamination of the microfiber leather and the hot melt adhesive film, and facilitate rolling and collecting for later use.
