When the slider 11 is placed in the slide rail 12 and the inner housing 27 is pushed to move, the guide surface formed by the inclined arrangement of the limit plate 13 is pressed by the top housing 281, so that the limit plate 13 is retracted into the first groove 14, and when the inner housing 27 abuts against the back housing 282, the limit plate 13 penetrates through the first groove 14 and is inserted into the second groove 15, so that the inner housing 27 is mounted on the outer housing 28. The stopper plate 13 is pulled through the inside of the first groove 14, and the inner case 27 is pulled to separate the slider 11 from the slide rail 12, thereby detaching the inner case 27 from the outer case 28.

Referring to fig. 5 and 7, a lithium battery pack 26, a fixing plate 1 and an adapter plate 2 are disposed inside the inner case 27, the lithium battery pack 26 includes a battery protection plate 261 and a plurality of lithium batteries 262, and the number of the lithium batteries 262 is plural. Fixed plate 1 and keysets 2 all have two, and two fixed plates 1 are supported respectively and are pasted in the both ends of lithium cell group 26, and keysets 2 supports and paste in one side that lithium cell group 26 was kept away from in fixed plate 1. The lithium battery 262 is electrically connected to the interposer 2, and the interposer 2 is electrically connected to the battery protection plate 261.

The baffle 3 abutting against the lithium battery 262 is fixedly mounted on the peripheral side of the fixing plate 1, the plurality of separating blocks 4 are fixedly mounted on one surface of the fixing plate 1 close to the lithium battery 262, and the peripheral sides of the separating blocks 4 abut against the lithium battery 262. Connecting bands 5 are fixedly arranged on two opposite sides of the baffle 3, and buckles 6 are arranged between the connecting bands 5 positioned on different baffles 3. The connecting strips 5 are connected to each other by means of a snap 6, so that the fixing plate 1 is pressed against the lithium battery pack 26.

The battery protection plate 261 is provided with a plurality of support sleeves 7, and the battery protection plate 261 and the support sleeves 7 are connected to each other by bolts. One end of the support sleeve 7 remote from the battery protection plate 261 is fixedly mounted to the connection band 5. The support sleeve 7 separates the battery protection plate 261 from the lithium battery 262, thereby creating a gap between the battery protection plate 261 and the lithium battery 262. This is advantageous in reducing the occurrence of the situation where the battery protection plate 261 abuts against the lithium battery 262 to affect the heat dissipation of the lithium battery 262.

Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, a battery main board 8 is mounted inside the top case 281, a metal sheet 18 is fixedly mounted on the battery main board 8, and an elastic metal clip 19 for clamping the metal sheet 18 is fixedly mounted on one side of the battery protection plate 261 away from the lithium battery pack 26. The top case 281 is provided with a through hole 20 through which the metal sheet 18 passes, on one side close to the inner case 27 and on one side close to the top case 281 of the inner case 27. The elastic metal clip 19 abuts against the inner wall of the inner housing 27 near the top housing 281. When the elastic metal clip 19 clamps the metal piece 18, the battery main board 8 is electrically connected with the battery protection plate 261; when the elastic metal clips 19 release the metal pieces 18, the battery main board 8 is disconnected from the battery protection plate 261.

The implementation principle of the lithium battery protection device for the old mobility scooter is as follows: the lithium battery 262 is placed between the two fixing plates 1, and the lithium battery 262 is surrounded and bound by the baffle 3. The partition block 4 serves to partition each lithium battery 262 such that a gap is created between adjacent two lithium batteries 262. The two fixing plates 1 are connected together by means of a snap 6. The battery protection plate 261 is mounted to the connection band 5 through the support sleeve 7, and the lithium battery 262 is electrically connected to the battery protection plate 261 after being transferred through the transfer plate 2. Thus, gaps are formed between two adjacent lithium batteries 262 or between the lithium batteries 262 and the battery protection plate 261, so that the heat emitted by the lithium batteries 262 can be conveniently discharged, and the service life of the lithium batteries 262 can be prolonged.

The lithium battery pack 26 is placed inside the inner shell 27, then the sliding block 11 is aligned with the sliding rail 12 and slides in, and the limiting plate 13 is squeezed to retract into the first groove 14. When the inner case 27 hits the back case 282, the stopper plate 13 is pushed by the first spring 16 to be inserted into the second recess 15. Thereby mounting inner housing 27 to outer housing 28. When the inner case 27 is to be detached from the outer case 28, the stopper plate 13 is pressed, the stopper plate 13 is retracted inside the first groove 14, and then the inner case 27 is pulled out from the placement groove 29.

The elastic metal clips 19 hold the metal pieces 18 when the inner case 27 is mounted to the outer case 28. The battery protection plate 261 is electrically connected to the battery main board 8 at this time. Referring to fig. 8, 9 and 10, the lithium battery protection device for the scooter for the elderly in the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that a blower 25 is installed inside a first side housing 283 and a second side housing 284, and a plurality of air outlet holes 24 are respectively formed on one side of the first side housing 283 close to an inner housing 27 and one side of the second side housing 284 close to the inner housing 27. The air outlets 24 on the first side housing 283 and the air outlets 24 on the second side housing 284 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the central axes of the two air outlets 24 are collinear.

Referring to fig. 11, each of the separation blocks 4 is provided with a first vent hole 22, and the first vent hole 22 penetrates through the separation block 4, the fixing plate 1 and the adapter plate 2. A plurality of second ventilation holes 23 are formed in one side of the inner shell 27 close to the first side shell 283 and one side of the inner shell 27 far away from the first side shell 283. The first vent hole 22 and the second vent hole 23 are both located on the projection of the air outlet hole 24 along the length direction of the central axis.

The blower 25 is activated, and the air blown from the blower 25 is discharged from the air outlet 24, then enters the inside of the inner case 27 through the second air vent 23, then enters the gap between the lithium batteries 262 through the first air vent 22, and finally is discharged from the first air vent 22 and the second air vent 23. This is advantageous in accelerating the flow rate of air inside the inner case 27, thereby functioning as heat dissipation to the lithium battery pack 26.

Referring to fig. 10 and 12, the top case 281 includes a groove body 2811 opened to a side away from the inner case 27 and a cover plate 2812 matched with the opening of the groove body 2811. A plurality of guide rods are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the groove body 2811, and a plurality of first sleeves 30 for the guide rods to penetrate through are fixedly mounted on one side of the cover plate 2812 close to the groove body 2811. The first sleeve 30 is provided therein with a second spring 17, the second spring 17 is connected to one end of the guide rod, and the other end of the second spring 17 is connected to the cover plate 2812.

The second sleeve 31 is fixedly installed inside the groove body 2811, and a plurality of bayonets 36 are formed in the wall of the second sleeve 31. Each of the bayonets 36 is arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the second sleeve 31. The wall of the second sleeve 31 is provided with a sliding opening 35, the sliding opening 35 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the second sleeve 31, the sliding opening 35 is communicated with each bayonet 36, and the length of the bayonet 36 is gradually increased from one end of the sliding opening 35 to the other end.

The second sleeve 31 is provided with a rotating rod 38 in a penetrating manner, a clamping block 37 clamped with the bayonet 36 is fixedly installed on the peripheral side wall of the rotating rod 38, the rotating rod 38 is rotatably connected to the cover plate 2812, the rotating rod 38 is fixedly sleeved with a limiting ring 34 and a limiting block 33, the limiting ring 34 abuts against one side, close to the groove body 2811, of the cover plate 2812, the limiting block 33 abuts against one side, far away from the groove body 2811, of the cover plate 2812, and the limiting block 33 is provided with a rotating opening 32.

The implementation principle of the lithium battery protection device for the old mobility scooter is as follows: after the driver sits on the old-aged vehicle, the blower 25 is started, and the air blown by the blower 25 is discharged from the air outlet 24 and then enters the inside of the inner casing 27 through the second air holes 23. The wind introduced into the inside of the inner case 27 enters the gaps between the lithium batteries 262 through the first airing holes 22, and then the heat emitted from the lithium batteries 262 is discharged through the first airing holes 22 and the second airing holes 23. This is advantageous in accelerating the flow rate of air inside the inner case 27, thereby functioning as heat dissipation to the lithium battery pack 26.

After the driver sits on the old-age scooter, the driver presses the cover plate 2812 with his foot, and at this time, the latch 37 is located inside the sliding opening 35, and the foot is put into the rotating opening 32 to rotate, so that the rotating rod 38 rotates. The rotating rod 38 drives the clamping block 37 to move to the intersection with the clamping opening 36 along the length direction of the sliding opening 35 to release the foot. The guide rod is influenced by the elastic force of the second spring 17 to move towards the outside of the first sleeve 30, so that the rotating rod 38 is driven to move towards the outside of the second sleeve 31, and the clamping block 37 slides into the clamping opening 36. The cap 2812 is separated from the groove 2811, and the inside of the outer case 28 is communicated with the outside. This facilitates the lithium battery pack 26 to remove heat dissipated by the lithium battery pack 26, thereby improving the service life of the lithium battery pack 26.

When the old-aged scooter is not driven, the cover plate 2812 is stepped on, and the clamping block 37 enters the sliding opening 35 from the clamping opening 36. The foot is put into the rotation opening 32 to rotate, thereby rotating the rotation lever 38. The rotating rod 38 drives the clamping block 37 to move along the sliding opening 35 to the position where the clamping block does not interface with the clamping opening 36, and the clamping block is loosened. The cover 2812 now covers the slot 2811, thereby closing the outer housing 28. This is advantageous in reducing the likelihood that ambient, moist air will enter the interior of the outer housing 28 and then the interior of the inner housing 27 when the elderly scooter is not being driven. Thereby reducing the occurrence of humid air corrosion of the lithium battery 262.
