When the wedge 511 and the upper device thereof move towards the direction close to the first fixed rod 21, the seventh sliding frame 53 pushes the rack 37 to move downwards, the sixth return spring 38 is compressed, so that the rack 37 does not block the fifth sliding frame 32, the fifth sliding frame 32 and the upper device thereof are reset to the initial position under the reset action of the fifth return spring 35, the wedge frame 59 is separated from the first sliding frame 22, the first sliding frame 22 and the upper device thereof are reset under the reset action of the first return spring 23, so that the fixed block 25 does not block the wedge 511, the fixed block 25 blocks the second sliding frame 28 again, the seventh sliding frame 53 is reset under the reset action of the eighth return spring 54, the seventh sliding frame 53 is separated from the rack 37, the rack 37 is reset under the reset action of the sixth return spring 38, the second rack 65 drives the first rack 64 and the device thereon to reset through the gear 61, the arc-shaped knife 57 is reset under the reset action of the ninth reset spring 58, and finally the electric push rod 24 is manually controlled to stop running, and the above operations are repeated to continuously process the rib rows.
