Referring to fig. 3, 6 and 7, the insertion cylinders 227 are vertically and symmetrically fixed on both sides of the bottom surface of the lifting frame 221, the insertion cylinders 227 are inserted and matched with the insertion posts 215 on the support 211, the bottom surface of the support 211 is fixed with the top end of the return spring 216, the bearing support posts 228 are vertically fixed on the bottom surface of the lifting frame 221, and the bearing support posts 228 are connected with the top pipes of the adjusting screw 214 in a rotating and matching manner.

And then both sides of the bottom surface of the lifting frame 221 are vertically and symmetrically fixed with inserting cylinders 227, the inserting cylinders 227 are in inserting and matching with the inserting columns 215 on the support 211, so that the support component 21 and the pressing and holding component 22 can be conveniently guided in the vertical direction, the bottom surface of the support 211 is fixed with the top end of the return spring 216, the bottom surface of the lifting frame 221 is vertically fixed with a bearing support column 228, the bearing support column 228 is in rotating and matching connection with a plurality of pipes on the top of the adjusting screw rod 214, and the distance between the adjusting support component 21 and the pressing and holding component 22 can be vertically supported.

Referring to fig. 5, the cleaning assembly 23 includes a driving motor 231, a rotating shaft tube 232 and an electric telescopic rod 233, the driving motor 231 is vertically fixed on the bottom surface of the connecting frame 217, the rotating shaft tube 232 is rotatably installed on the bottom surface of the connecting frame 217 in a penetrating manner, the electric telescopic rod 233 is vertically arranged on the top surface of the connecting frame 217, an output end of the driving motor 231 penetrates through the rotating shaft tube 232 and is fixed to the bottom end of the electric telescopic rod 233, a stud 234 is vertically fixed to the top end of the electric telescopic rod 233, a cleaning steel brush 235 is arranged at the top end of the electric telescopic rod 233, and the cleaning steel brush 235 is screwed on the stud 234.

And then vertically fix on the bottom surface of linking the frame 217 through driving motor 231, a pivot section of thick bamboo 232 rotates to run through and installs on the bottom surface of linking the frame 217, the vertical setting of electric telescopic handle 233 is on the top surface of linking the frame 217, driving motor 231's output runs through the bottom mounting of a pivot section of thick bamboo 232 with electric telescopic handle 233, the vertical double-screw bolt 234 that is fixed with in top of electric telescopic handle 233, electric telescopic handle 233's top is provided with clearance steel brush 235, clearance steel brush 235 threaded sleeve is established on double-screw bolt 234, be convenient for disassemble and change, start driving motor 231 and drive clearance steel brush 235 and rotate and scrub deburring and waste material hard alloy glass sword rough blank.

Referring to fig. 8, two slide bars 32 are vertically, symmetrically and horizontally arranged between the mounting frames 31 of the stamping structure 3, a screw 33 is horizontally arranged between the two slide bars 32, the two slide bars 32 are fixedly connected with the adjacent mounting frames 31, two ends of the screw 33 rotate through the mounting frames 31 through bearings, a translation motor 35 is horizontally fixed on one side of the mounting frame 31, an output end of the translation motor 35 is connected with a rotating shaft of the adjacent screw 33, and a moving box 34 is horizontally arranged under the screw 33 and the slide bars 32.

Furthermore, two slide bars 32 are horizontally arranged between the mounting frames 31 of the stamping structure 3 in a vertical symmetrical manner, a screw 33 is horizontally arranged between the two slide bars 32, the two slide bars 32 are fixedly connected with the adjacent mounting frames 31, two ends of the screw 33 rotate through the mounting frames 31 through bearings, a translation motor 35 is horizontally fixed on one side of the mounting frames 31, the output end of the translation motor 35 is connected with the rotating shaft of the adjacent screw 33, a moving box 34 is horizontally arranged under the screw 33 and the slide bars 32, so that the translation motor 35 on the mounting frames 31 in the stamping structure 3 is started, the screw 33 is driven to rotate, the moving box 34 is driven to drive the stamping mechanism 36 to move to the position right above the pressing component 22, then the stamping mechanism 36 is started to enable a stamping head to penetrate through the punched holes of the limiting insert blocks 225 and the limiting groove blocks 222, and the blank of the hard alloy glass cutter is punched.

Referring to fig. 8, two sliding sleeves and two threaded cylinders are horizontally fixed on the top surface of the moving box 34, the sliding sleeves and the threaded cylinders on the moving box 34 are respectively connected with the sliding rods 32 and the threaded rods 33 in a matching manner, and a punching mechanism 36 is vertically installed inside the moving box 34.

And then through being fixed with two sliding sleeve and screw thread section of thick bamboos on the top surface level of removal case 34, sliding sleeve and the screw thread section of thick bamboo on the removal case 34 are connected with slide bar 32 and screw rod 33 cooperation respectively, and the inside vertical punching press mechanism 36 of installing of removal case 34 is convenient for cooperate slide bar 32 and screw rod 33 to carry out horizontal adjustment.

The working principle is as follows: when the punching device for producing the high-strength, high-toughness and high-wear-resistance hard alloy glass cutter drilling tool is used for punching a hard alloy glass cutter rough blank, firstly, according to the thickness requirement of the hard alloy glass cutter rough blank in use, the adjusting screw 214 on the support 211 of the support component 21 is rotated, the support pressing and supporting component 22 moves upwards in the vertical direction, so that the distance between the pressing and supporting component 22 and the punching structure 3 is adjusted, thereby being suitable for the punching requirement of the hard alloy glass cutter rough blank with different thicknesses, then the lower pressing air cylinders 224 on the upper pressing frame 223 and the lower pressing frame 223 of the lifting frame 221 of the pressing and supporting component 22 are started, the limiting insertion blocks 225 are lifted upwards to be pulled out from the limiting groove blocks 222, the hard alloy glass cutter rough blank is placed in the limiting groove blocks 222, then the lower pressing air cylinders 224 on the lower pressing frame 223 are started to downwards to be inserted into the limiting groove blocks 222, then the translation motors 35 on the mounting frame 31 in the punching, the screw 33 is driven to rotate, the movable box 34 is driven to drive the punching mechanism 36 to move to the position right above the pressing component 22, then the punching mechanism 36 is started to enable a punching head to penetrate through the punched holes of the limiting insertion block 225 and the limiting groove block 222 to punch a hole on the rough blank of the hard alloy glass cutter, then the electric telescopic rod 233 is started to move upwards to drive the cleaning steel brush 235 to be inserted into the punched holes of the limiting insertion block 225 and the limiting groove block 222, and the driving motor 231 is started to drive the cleaning steel brush 235 to rotate to scrub and remove burrs and waste materials on the rough blank of the hard alloy glass cutter.

The device obtained through the design can basically meet the requirement of positioning when the rough blank of the hard alloy glass cutter is punched, ensures the stability and the precision when the hard alloy glass cutter is punched, simultaneously cleans the residual scraps in the punching, is convenient for the use of the punching device for producing the high-strength, high-toughness and high-wear-resistance hard alloy glass cutter drilling tool in the later processing, but further improves the device by the designer according to the aim of further perfecting the functions.
