背景技术

众所周知,可燃混合气的组织与混合气的均匀性对燃烧过程影响非常大,特别是稀薄燃烧的情况下,混合气混合不均匀,不仅影响燃烧稳定性,而且会导致燃烧效率低、污染排放物生成较高。而且在高速运转的发动机上,如转子发动机、天然气发动机和氢气发动机等气体机,燃气燃烧时间尺度短,燃气燃烧过程往往在毫秒级别内完成,这对可燃混合气的组织与混合气的均匀性提出严苛的要求。因此,这就需要提前准备好可燃混合气,提高燃气混合气速率,提高燃气混合均匀程度,即形成预混混合气,实现预混燃烧。然而,目前,很大部分转子发动机、天然气发动机和氢气发动机等气体机采用气道喷射,将燃气直接以低压喷射喷入到进气道内,从而与新鲜空气混合。然而,气道喷射的燃气与气道内新鲜空气混合效率低、燃气混合效率低,导致吸入发动机缸内后,燃气与空气混合质量低,可燃混合气分布不均,导致火焰传播容易淬熄,特别是靠近燃烧室壁面的分布不均的混合气,最终导致发动机缸内燃烧不充分、燃烧效率低、污染排放物生成较多,如碳氢和一氧化碳排放。。
